Excellent location. They were very welcoming. The breakfast is exceptional. I had a sea view room and the sunsets were lovely.

Exceptional location, a calm and quieter part of blackpool with a short walk to the tram station. Gorgeous sea views, lovely large, clean, and fresh room with an exceptional breakfast to set you up for the day. Staff and services were amazing.

Have stayed before and will stay again (I stayed as Room Only), a really good location overlooking the Bispham sea front, a nice quiet room, comfortable bed, good shower, tea making things, very friendly hosts, tram and bus stops right outside with regular services into either Blackpool, Cleveleys or Fleetwood, good value. I have no negative comments to make at all.

Breakfast was top notch and the hotel was in the quieter end of Blackpool The room was very small for the 2 of us, we had no room to move with 4 cases between us, and the mattress on the bed was very uncomfortable

Nice atmosphere. Away from town centre but still full of the options with walking distance. I could hear every word said in the room next door

Excellent location as close to tram stops and out of town so quieter at night. It has a lift which helped my mum who can’t get up stairs that well. Staff were excellent, the breakfast choice was first class and everything you need in the rooms, as very clean. Some of the single rooms can be quite small. Only one usb port in our double room.
