The room 344 good size and excellent sea view . Breakfast. Evening meals. No quality, basic reated frozen fish meat veg. We ate once out of 3 nights, looked at the food then went out to eat.

I liked the location of the hotel it was out of the “tourist” section of Blackpool the property was having work done on the outside which resulted in me and my friend being woken up at around 7:15am by work men outside our window with potty sweating mouths and banging. My car that was parked on the car park had got absolutely filthy so I parked around the side of the hotel which did not help the matter at all. The water from our bathroom tap was occasionally going brown which was so unpleasant. The lock on the doors to hotel rooms were not secure at all! Hanging off and not closing properly. The breakfast that was £12 per person was poor I’d never seen anything like it. The fried eggs were still raw , sausages pink inside and hash browns rock hard. Thought okay never mind can’t go wrong with some toast it’s okay I’ll make do… the toast machine did nothing to the toast after going in once it was still bread but then you put it in again and it came out so black and burnt. There was a man working behind reception occasionally (the eldest out of the workers I saw) and he was so rude and blunt! Not welcoming and made you feel stupid or silly for asking certain things such as little as where are the sugar sachets for the room please. I do have a video of the door and water too.

Very clean and the location was perfect. Room was comfortable and spacious. Good value for money Only issue I had was parking due to scaffolding being present but that was no bother as there is a council car park next to the hotel so could park there’s

Quite location. Tram stop right outside and quick access to the beach Beds were hard. Shower leaked when turned on. Curtains hanging off the rail in the room. Had to tune the tv for it to work.

Location to tram stop. I prefer large hotels like this one. Good value Bar closes too early for a Friday night. A bit shabby room decor wise this time but clean

Location was good, just off the main strip at Blackpool, but walkable to the tower and other attractions Rooms were tired, fights and shouting from the room next door very creaky floor. Walls are paper thin you can hear everything. Lots of work going on outside so lots of parking spaces being used up by scaffolding and workers vans.

Breakfast was better with a good selection of hot food. Location on Queens Promenade was almost opposite tram stop and only a short 5 minute walk to the beach. Hotel had scaffolding up all outside hotel and there was a lot of brick dust in the room especially on the windowsills, so had to keep the windows closed, but couldn't completely close the bathroom window as was either broken or jammed, so was cold during the night. No towels upon arrival and nowhere to leave toiletries in the room. Most of the plug sockets didn't work, no sockets by the bed, so had to charge phone and my daughters tablet away from being easily reachable. Tried eating in the restaurant first evening but food wasn't pleasant.
