The Beechcliffe Hotel - Over 35's Only

Really comfy, clean room in a house situated away from the main attractions - making it quiet. The trams make it way to travel around and we didn’t need to use our vehicle. Easy on site parking and lovely hosts

Such a lovely welcome from Lorraine. Lovely, spacious room, decorated beautifully and spotlessly clean. Amazing breakfast with great quality ingredients. Easy, convenient parking. Just a stones throw from the tram stop making it easy to travel into Blackpool or Fleetwood etc. Highly recommend

We stayed for four days and cannot fault the stay. Lorraine was super helpful and the breakfast was great. The room was clean and comfy and warm and as we had a ground floor room very accessible. Its a 2 minute walk to a tram stop so perfect to get into town and again Lorraine advised on the best way to save money on BPT ticket app . We will defo stop with them again the next time we are in town. nothing

This venue seems to have a 9.5 out of 10 rating on booking.com. My main question is why is anyone deducting .5 of a mark? This place is wonderful. The hosts, Brian and Lorraine, could not be more helpful or friendly. The breakfasts are amazing and set me up for the day. The room was spotlessly clean and exactly as advertised and photographed. The venue is a bit out of Blackpool but you can walk it easy enough but it's also very close to tram and bus routes. It also gives you chance to stretch out and visit other towns in the area. What a wonderful place and amazing hosts. I couldn't have asked for more.

The hole hotel was perfect Nothing

Attentive and pleasant hosts. Breakfast choice good. Comfortably warm bedroom. Personal preference is for firmer mattress - this one was on soft side.

Felt homely, clean comfortable and quiet Further from amenities that we would have like but that is no reflection on the property. No choice for breakfast, full English or nothing would have liked a variety of continental too

Great place to stay.the tram runs at the top of the road so easy to get around. Car parking on site is a plus.lorraine was an excellent host & advised on places to eat & drink & also on the discount travel pass for the trams.the place was really clean & comfortable.the breakfast was really tasty .excellent alue for money & highly recommended. We will certainly return

Room was comfortable with all you could need provided. Breakfast was exactly what we wanted, freshly cooked and hot. Lorraine was lovely and we would definately return. For us and the room we had we could'nt find fault.
