Clean and located not far from winter gardens. Breakfast good and staff very friendly. Had to ask for extra toilet rolls and towels as stopped for 5 nights.

The lady was very friendly and on arrival gave me a cold bottle of water which was much needed and and appreciated. The breakfast was excellent. I stayed in one of the rooms without a bathroom and it was further to the shared one than I expected.

Staff brilliant and always asking for feed back to improve this is important in so many aspects of a business and always welcoming towards customers. Breakfast is a bit to rushed between 9-10 although service was great. Maybe an extra hour so its not so busy and everyone isnt in eachothers way.

I enjoyed my stay ,very comfortable. Close to the town and shops. Staff very welcomimg and helpful. I didnt like that the hotel wifi was very poor. No connection on top floors. Needs to be sorted.

The breakfast was good the room was clean The lady who run it was very rude it is definitely not child friendly I booked 3 rooms with ensuite bathrooms when we arrived she tried telling us I only booked 2 room then she found the other room and said it was a shared bathroom right at the top bear in mind my daughter had her granddaughter 4 years old so asked for another room we paid an extra 10 pounds for the room with the ensuite bathroom which would be normally an extra 20 pounds as if she was doing us a favour she kept telling the children to be quiet plus the room my daughter was in the toilet wouldn't flush and the shower backed up with all brown stuff coming up the plughole when we complained she started screaming at us telling us we're using too much water and she would charge her water bill to my bank and she was constantly shushing the children up in my opinion she should advertise it as adults only i have stayed in loads of hotels in blackpool with my children and grandchildren and never had a problem i will say it again definitely not child friendly I would never go back to that hotel again even without the grandchildren
