Hilton Minneapolis-St. Paul Airport

Comfortable and clean hotel. Good food at the restaurant - bar.

I highly recommend this hotel. Our room was beautiful with fuse a great bar and pool area. I thought the prices were high at the restaurant, but other than that, I give it an A+.

Easy access to airport

The room was very clean and comfortable. The only thing I would improve is to have more electrical outlets and/or modern device chargers available in the room. There were very few electrical outlets, and of those that were available, two were so loose they were unusable -- the plug would fall right out as soon as you let go of it. There were some old-style USB charging options, but most devices don't use that style anymore, so unless you bring your own adapter, they aren't usable.

Breakfast was a mild disaster. Many people trying to get in just finally turned around nd left after being ignored for over 15 minutes to be sat. Some of us waited it out and still had to wait an additional 20 minutes to even be waited on. Friendly staff, but maybe understaffed? Only 13 people were trying to eat and could hear kitchen staff loud in the kitchen but 2 wait staff just not maybe enough for the 13 patrons trying to eat.

Easy check in and o site restaurant. Plenty of free parking with a quick friendly route to the airport. Shuttle is available as well if needed

What stood out most was the service we received from our waitress each morning at breakfast. Megan was phenomenal! She was always very friendly, welcoming and attentive! It was a pleasure dining, when she was helping us!

Malfunctioning climate control with apathetic staff response.

The bar/restaurant staff and food were a plus. The room was cold: heat was turned off for the summer and we had to request a space heater and extra blankets. The bathroom sink had debris in it. We cleaned it and more horrible particles appeared. I could not even brush my teeth. Looked like bed sheets had been used.

Welcomed us at 12:45 am with no complaints.

Check in was quick and the staff was very helpful. They didn't take anything for granted even though I have stayed her many times before. I was granted like a valued customer.

The air vents were extremely dirty!

Friendly staffs and room is cleaned.

The room was too warm at night and the air would not cool it down.
