Spacious Accommodations: Large, clean rooms featuring a full-size kitchen with a full-size refrigerator, a cozy fireplace, and plenty of storage with fully functional drawers and comfortable furniture. Amenities & Climate Control: The air conditioning unit was remarkably quiet and effective. Parking is ample and affordable at just $5 a day. Exceptional Staff: The front desk and support staff were very friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Cons: Bedding Issues: The bedding was exceptionally scratchy and irritated my skin to the point of sleeplessness on the first night, requiring me to buy my own sheets and pillows. Additionally, some of the provided linens showed minor stains. Noise Levels: Significant road noise from a busy nearby street, compounded by ongoing construction next to the first building. (Tip: Be sure to request a room in the back). Location & Access: Stayed here while attending the Cincinnati Open. Navigating to and from the venue involved tricky traffic patterns, heavy merging, and frequent lane changes. Overall Verdict: While the room size, kitchen amenities, and friendly staff were big pluses, the scratchy linens, traffic noise, and tricky commute to the tennis venue mean I will likely explore other hotel options for next year's tournament, especially given the comparable pricing.

We stayed here to attend the Cincinnati Tennis Open. It was easy travel to and from the stadiums. The morning breakfast offered a basic, but good variety. Easy access to food and gas around the hotel. This might seem petty with all of our devices available, but the tv channel access was terrible. We couldn’t get reception on the same channel each evening, nor was it the same programming. Was just hoping to get a couple of evening matches on a bigger screen.

Front desk staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Traveling with two families, front desk staff made sure we had rooms close to each other. Court yard had pool, pickleball, and basketball court. Suites had TWO bathrooms! Great complimentary breakfast. First room had a terrible odor, front desk staff quickly addressed the situation immediately. Changed our room and compensated us.

Free parking. Good hot breakfast clean atmosphere only downside is that I initially booked for 8 days and on the 4th day called for room service and was told they don’t usually clean a room until you stay for 14 days. A place that has a full kitchen. I honestly don’t think if I’m paying someone a $1000 or more for less than half a month I should have to vacuum and clean my room. They came but I didn’t appreciate them telling me that at all.
