It was quiet. Except on Sundays when they had church there . No ice machine and it didn’t have a mini fridge or microwave.

Be aware this hotel it's not designed for international tourism. They don't accept foreign credit cards Not either dollars or foreign currency Wich it sound stupid when I made my reservation. Through this American app,so it will be good if you review your policies before advertise this hotel

To start, their card reader is only designed to read Mexican Bank card services nothing international so I had to pay cash. It would seem like I was the only person in the entire Hotel. The facilities were closed, meaning the restaurant was closed, the lounge no bar as advertised. There's absolutely no hot water in the entire building and when I brought this to our attention they were aware that the water wasn't hot and they were working on it. After 5 hours I was like okay I'm leaving this hotel I want my money back and they couldn't give me my money back even though I paid in cash. They were insistent that they might be able to give me my refund on my card which they said they can't read in the first place because it's an international card. I later return the next day and I receive a cash refund since they could not place the funds on my card. I was thoroughly disappointed, but happy to get my money back!
