Hotel Playa Caracol

Great beach view from the room. The pool was clean and the area around it is well kept. Food was excellent and prices were reasonable. Restaurant staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and well maintained. The elevator is out of order. We had a disabled person in our party and the hotel was unwilling to accommodate/offer assistance. The evening/night shift staff is rude and unhelpful.

Todo está muy bonito y cuidado. La playa y el área de alberca estan muy agradables. Que en las mañanas no ponen sillas y camastros en el área de alberca y la playa. Hay que bajarlos uno si quiere sentarse.

I loved the room with the balcony, spacious and came with a great view of the ocean, sunrise/sunset, and a nice soaking tub! So convenient that you have a nice stretch of beach with shade to easily access from right behind the pool area. Beautiful facilities and grounds. The pillows could be more comfortable in the room and a thicker blanket!

The view was worth every penny.

Good location and clean I’ve never been to a hotel where there are so many rules.. and I’m a rule abiding person.. they’re very focused on telling you what you can/can’t do.. and seem to be inflexible.

This was an excellent stay. The property looks modern and well maintained. Its main feature is that it is truly beachfront, with every room offering ocean views. It was beautiful to fall asleep listening to the waves and feeling the ocean breeze.

Beautiful Resort with Private Beach Access. I had a gorgeous balcony room, fabulous pool, bar and dining area. Walking Distance to mall and restaurants.

Different beach, the pool in the privacy The food of the restaurant, Watertown I will not recommend. We even told the waiter about it and they did not do anything about it. Other than there was nothing he could do so since you’re not allowed to bring food from the outside I feel like they should do better when it comes to serving the food is pricey, and I don’t care as long as I can eat something that is really good worth the price mean.

Location Staff were very aloof and not helpful. They hotel is very stingy with drinking water 300 ml per day. I left teo days early and they refused me a refund

The property itself is very nice. It is well-maintained and the air conditioner worked well. They had a beautiful balcony overlooking the pool in the gardens, but not even a chair which sort of makes it a waste. I wasn’t impressed with the restaurant food.
