The pool was.not clean at all the doors were not secure all night keeps moving making noise

The entrance or lobby area is well decorated and gives one the sense of standard hotel. Once you go through the lobby doors and get to room I was very disappointed. Door was old and difficult to open. Door is not secure. Room is very unpleasant. Rusted shower heads, basin in bathroom is cracked. Broken tile throughout the bathroom. Complimentary breakfast was a joke. Two greasy soles, chili sauce and cheese. Not appetizing. Would not recommend this place!!! See above

The worst experience I had!! I pay for nothing. I can’t stay in a very insecure room , very dirty, bathroom old and dirty, vanity broken, no closet only a couple of rods without hangers an no security in the door. I stayed 30 minutes before I move to a better place. They said they cannot give my money back I booked with Booking. NOTHING!!
