Cleaning service was awsome until the day before I left. Water in shower kept fluctuating, sink was clogged, the receptions were not very helpful when asked questions, was treated differently after paid for my stay.

Excellent location and friendly staff. The room was okay, but the linens were in bad shape, the towels, that once were white now they are so old that they color is gray. These are quiete old facilities that need to be re-aconditioned. As mentioned the linens should be replaced and the food service has to improve.

The room didn't have a very nice view. The pool was small and cold due to being on the shade

I liked the cleanliness of the hotel and the amenities. The food was nice and the service was good. One of the rooms we paid was not available until 5pm, even though they indicated that check-in is at 3pm. The main reason for staying here was the spa. The information published about the hotel indicates that they have a SPA, but this is not true.

The location was great, the parking space is very convenient. The staff is amazing. Doors and walls are NOT soundproof AT ALL. Noisy neighbours with phone calls, loud noises and walking through the halls at 3 and 4 am, and the doors make a lot of sound when you open and close them. I called reception and supposing my they sent someone but the noise kept going. Some rooms are located in a very noisy avenue and windows are not soundproof proof so you hear all the cars at night. They really need soundproof materials in walls and windows, and to make their doors less noisy. The night stand phone did not work at all, only the one on the table worked.

I checked in right on time and the room wasn’t ready. I was told to wait 15 minutes and I ended up waiting for more than an hour.

Theo peppel are really Nice and drie fly The beds sucks. The plastic protector doesn’t make it nice to sleep. Rooms are ok for the price.
