it is a shame that the breakfast tables are not at the edge of the terrace given how fantastic the view is. If you could put umbrellas there, everyone would prefer to have breakfast directly at the edge of the terrace.

There is no elevator some part of the hotel. Its annoying.

We had an unforgettable stay at Doria Hotel Bodrum – City Center, which perfectly combines luxury, comfort, and a stunning Bodrum experience. The hotel’s private beach is a true highlight — easily accessible by shuttle and offering crystal-clear waters, comfortable sunbeds, and a relaxing atmosphere away from the city crowds. There are two beautiful outdoor pools, both ideal for cooling off during the day, with one designed for a more lively vibe and the other offering a peaceful, relaxing environment. The rooms are modern, spacious, and tastefully decorated, with breathtaking sea or garden views. The location is excellent — close to Bodrum city center, yet in a quiet area that provides privacy and tranquility. The breakfast and dining options were top-notch, with a rich variety of local and international dishes. What truly made our stay special was the exceptional service. The staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to go above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect. Although the hotel is slightly upscale in price, the combination of its private beach, two outdoor pools, excellent facilities, and world-class service makes it absolutely worth it. We would highly recommend Doria Hotel Bodrum – City Center to anyone seeking a luxurious and memorable Bodrum getaway. ??️

The hotel is well modern decorated , The pools and the view are amazing The location is so relaxing The rooms are soo spacious and well decorated The room needs a very deep clean. The rooms are not clean and very dusty. The toilet has molds as if it’s not being cleaned in ages. I dont know how a 5 stars hotel doesn’t have a follow up on the cleanliness of the rooms. The room is not hygienic . The staff doesn’t know english they have a difficulty communicating with you. The hotel is nit a beachfront.

The room and facilities were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was adequate. The 'beach club' and the frequent free shuttle are nice but only for lounging. There is no real beach access. The front desk service was surprisingly below expectations for a supposedly (certainly open to debate but that's another discussion) 5 star hotel. They certainly answered your questions but it always felt like they gave the shortest answer minimally required and always with unnatural exuberance. It may have been genuine but felt fake. Just one example of four: the hotel introductory information presentation was super quick and combined with other guests checking in at the same time. There was no personalization and any attempted follow up questions were dismissed equally quickly. Guests rely on them for local information and recommendations and yet no elaboration or other suggestions were ever offered. You had the feeling that you were almost bothering them. No, it wasn't just one individual, and no they weren't all that busy. I'm guessing it's a result of their training program, maybe. It was a bit strange. Also note that if you intend to walk the surrounding area that there is a 45 degree steep and long entry driveway when you return. It will test even the best professional athletes.

Although on a very steep hill, the location is not too bad, considering Bitez is one of the best areas to stay in Bodrum. The hotel isn’t bad structurally, but it is very badly maintained and barely even managed. Rooms with a supposed sea view have a partial one at best. Cleaning is seriously bad, most towels don’t even get changed even though we asked them to be. Restaurant itself isn’t necessarily bad, but service is seriously lacking. In our almost one week of stay, I didn’t see any Supervisers at all. This lack of supervision is apparent in every aspect. The staff is young and they try, but obviously they need direction. The rooms themselves are maintained very poorly, which makes the hotel feel much older than it actually is. Although this is not one of the most expensive properties in the area, there are definately better alternatives out there within the same price range. We won’t be coming again.

The hotel was a bit far from the main drag and due to the spotty transportation situation, it takes some time to get a taxi or Uber. This was the only issue that I had with the property.

The hotel is nice with a lovely view, though my stay didn’t start as expected. I booked a deluxe sea-view room but was initially given a family room. Thankfully, the next day they changed it to a proper sea-view, which I wished had been for both days. The hotel is about 10 minutes from the beach via shuttle, though the bus air conditioning is poor, and it’s best to arrive 15 minutes early for pick-up. Breakfast is great, and the staff there, as well as at the beach, are amazing and very attentive. Hasrat at reception, her colleague, and the concierge were all incredibly helpful, assisting with restaurants, taxis, and anything else I needed. Their kindness really stood out and made my stay enjoyable despite the initial hiccup. Air conditioning in the bus can be fixed. Cleanliness of the showers in the upper pool. the family room I stayed in seemed to get dirty from guests smoking in the restaurant above. This affected the cleanliness of the balcony which was a bit disappointing.

We stayed 4 nights and didn’t go to the beach. The breakfast was decent, you had everything that you needed to eat. Room was nice and spacious, we had a sea view which made the room even better. Shower was nice, quite powerful compare to some other hotels I’ve stayed in. I can’t really say anything bad about the place.

The hotel was very good and clean.The breakfast was delicious and varied every day. The staff were very kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back! Nothing

Nice atmosphere, beautiful sea view, and the reception staff were very very helpful, they gave us recommendations for activities and places, and helped us in our bookings. We had a bad experience with one of the cleaning ladies, she entered our room twice while we were inside and we were putting the “do not disturb” sign on the door, we felt like we had no privacy. We issued our problem to the reception staff while we were checking out and they apologized sincerely.

It’s a decent 4-star hotel, but I wouldn’t consider it a 5-star. The staff are not attentive for a 5-star hotel, we dragged our heavy luggage ourselves from the parking area, and no one offered to help. The staff seemed disconnected and unavailable. Another instance: I messaged them twice and they read with no response, I had to triple text them the next day to get an answer. It’s those small things that matter. It’s a good hotel for a 4-star but nowhere near a 5-star. I believe a 5-star hotel needs staff that are “on it” and are very attentive and proactive in assisting guests.
