Close to airport, nice room. The balcony door was unable to lock. I asked for it to be fixed and they seemed reluctant to remove the plate that prevents the door from being locked. It was eventually sorted, after a further request and seemingly begrudgingly. Odd why they block a door from being locked. The room safe was also broken.

There was no fridge in the room and the aircon remite was far from the bed.

Location is close to OR Tambo Airport and shopping malls The property advertises an airport shuttle service, yet none was available when I arrived. This was especially inconvenient given my late 8pm landing. When I contacted the hotel, the only response I received was to “take an Uber,” which completely defeats the purpose of booking a hotel that claims to offer secure airport transfers. At the airport e-hailing bay, I encountered unregistered taxis mingling with e‑hailing drivers, which did not feel safe—particularly since there is widespread news of taxis/uber wars in SA; there was no CCTV coverage in the area. One of the main reasons I choose hotels with airport shuttle services is the added security and peace of mind. Unfortunately, this stay did not provide either.

Space and was accommodating Noisy area, could hear the traffic, noisy neighbors and nobody attended to the behavior. Warm water in shower was an issue and limited channels on TV

Location is convinient The bed was uncomfortable there was a hall light that was disturbing the lighting in the rooms

It was not far from the event I was going to The garage door is manual, and there were stairs to the room and there was dust

room and breakfast was perfect The TV remote was broken, however it was replaced a day after. Some of the TV channels we were blurry that I missed a must watch game. The fridge was not working.

Have stayed at this hotel countless times over the years it has always been perfect for my needs.
