I would like to especially highlight the receptionist Valeria, who was very attentive, kind, and always ready to assist us with anything we needed. Also, special thanks to Cedo, the restaurant manager, who was always welcoming, smiling, and regularly checked in with us to make sure everything was fine and whether we had any special requests regarding food. Their professionalism and friendliness made our stay even more pleasant. I honestly have no reason to mention anything that we did not like. Everything during our stay was very good and met our expectations.

What we appreciated most was the outstanding value for money. The all-inclusive package included breakfast, lunch, dinner, and unlimited beer and wine during meal times, making for a very relaxing and convenient stay. The location was excellent, within easy walking distance of Zlatni Rat Beach as well as several smaller beaches nearby. We stayed in a modern deluxe suite with a street-level terrace, which provided a comfortable place to sit and relax outside. The rooms and amenities were modern and well maintained, and we also enjoyed spending time by the pool in the evenings. The staff were attentive, responsive, and genuinely focused on guest satisfaction. Any concerns or requests were addressed quickly and efficiently, which stood out to us and made the overall experience even more enjoyable. The food selection was good and offered enough variety for a short stay. While it did not quite match the quality and variety of some Caribbean all-inclusive resorts, the food was enjoyable, the quality was perfectly acceptable, and overall the resort delivered an excellent vacation experience. Amazing buffet and food. About 20 minutes from the old town as a walk and 10 minutes from Zlatni Rat beach. Rooms are so nice and clean and just a beautiful resort. Walk from old town was stunning but can be a walk for those who are not so fit, especially coming back and climbing the hill to your room. Support should be given to those staying to take their luggage to their room, it’s quite hilly and hard. Pool temperature bit too cold to enjoy in May/June.

Location, food, cleanliness, efficiency of the team, heated outdoor swimming pool, playground, gardens, price. Highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Great value for money.

We liked the food, we liked the location, we liked the pool To have coffee and water in the room.

The food was amazing, with a wide variety at each meal—even for picky eaters—and the menu changed daily. The rooms were cleaned every day, and fresh towels were provided. The pool area was great for both adults and children, with a shallow section of 40 cm where kids could safely enjoy the water. The air conditioning worked perfectly—not too cold and not too hot. We had two bedrooms and a “living room,” each with its own independently operating AC unit (note: all windows must be closed for the AC to work, as they have electric contacts). Overall, it was a very pleasant stay for families with children, with plenty of activities and facilities for everyone. The beach was nearby and offered lots of natural shade. It’s only a 10-minute walk to Zlatni Rat Beach and just 3 minutes to the closest beach. Even though parking costs €9/day (i don't mind paying), it is neither monitored nor well-organized. We arrived in the evening, and I struggled for 36 minutes to find a spot, as it was overcrowded—even in September. (I believe Bonaca, Elaphusa, and Borak all share the same parking area.) It really should be managed better to prevent cars from being blocked when guests need to leave in the morning. Another minor issue is accessibility: not all areas are suitable for wheelchairs or baby strollers. At times, you need to walk over the grass to avoid stairs.

There is to much ants in the rooms.

The kids. There were too many kids. The facilities only catered to kids. We could barely use the facilities because there were screaming, rude kids all over the place. The other guests would wake up extremely early putting towels to claim the chairs preventing anyone else from being able to leverage the chairs and facilities. Most the time nobody was ever there.

Good food. Good service. Nice pool area. Good weather and temperature ? Nice location - near to the sea and the nature. Super transfer solution to/from the airport. Too short holiday ? Our vegan member of the family missed vegan alternatives on the menu..

We had a really nice stay. The rooms are new and tidy. The staff, especially from the TUI Kids Club was great. Our son had a lot of fun there. In the off-season, the indoor seating at dinner was a bit scarce from time to time. The playground could also be looked at.

Everything was perfect. The rooms are new, neat and clean. Every day the rooms are cleaned and you get new towels. The staff is more than friendly. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are excellent, all the food is fresh and tasty, you can choose between at least 15-20 dishes every day. All in all, the hotel is excellent and I recommend everyone to come and see for themselves.

Very clean and easy reachable, food was delicious every day different but something for everyone. Servers were quick. It is near Zlatni Rt and the city No one took us to the room and you have to search it yourself and when you are new to some place it is not easy to find.You have to pay for parking even though it is theirs. The are no sunbeds on the beach ,I came to swimm in the sea not in the pool ( I think hotel should offer some kind of deal to their guests at least to pay less for sunbeds cuz sunbeds on the beach are pricey )and you have to pay for drinks at the bar ( I mean what more should I pay ?). Price of the hotel is high and you have to pay all these little things extra

Good location, not bad food My room was full of ants. When I complained about it at the reception and asked to change the room, they said that there are no other rooms available and they offered me to find a hole from where ants are coming and they will close it…. Later, from the other gusts, I found out that the previous guests also complained about this room and they were relocated. Also after me the hotel immediately checked in next people in the room. So administrators know about the problem, but they just don’t care, for them it is absolutely normal to provide the rooms completely infected by ants to some guests. Nobody even apologised. The room number was 8001. So do not take this one. I am not sure about another rooms. Other guests said there are ants, but not too much. Also the cleaning in general was really bad. The guy who cleaned, only changed towels every day. Zero other cleaning was done. To have the floors cleaned I had to complain at the reception again.
