Bluesun Hotel Borak

From arriving until leaving we really felt taken care of. The receptionist was super friendly, breakfast and dinner staff super cute with our one year old. The food was of great diversity and good flavors. They also had vegan and vegetarian options. The room was cleaned when we were at breakfast, so that was well managed and overall the facilities were very well kept and super clean. The gym is also well equipped. The pool had many sunbeds and you can actually swim! Plus there is the beach close by and location of the hotel cannot be better. We had high expectations but they were exceeded. Thank you ❤️

The location is perfect and the hotel is well kept. The breakfast and dinner (which were included in our half board) were both buffet and had good options No service. No one helped with bags, we had issues with a broken bathroom door and some other small things in the room and no one addressed it, restaurant service was minimal since it's buffet

Location, cleanliness Food was mediocre, breakfast chef did not understand English communication was difficult, he repeatedly overcooked, omelettes, and eggs. Food selection was minimal, especially the pastries.

They changed our reservation to Elaphusa hotel Food is amazing Beach front Really recommend the hotel At dinner time there are a lot of staff around, but not all of them are able to take drink orders, so it takes quite a long time before someone comes over. When I asked a lady (who I believe might be an assistant manager), she didn’t really seem to care. But all waiters, kitchen team are amazing

Staff went above and beyond. We had a late ferry and late check in. They saved us dinner (complimentary) due to our late arrival. Great location, great restaurant and bar. It is not exactly on the sea- it is across the street.

Location is great - 15min walk from ferry terminal, mostly flat. Beach is a minute away. Rooms are good size but the hotel rooms need decoration / renovation. They could have done much better with this property, especially rooms. No personal touch at all but this is the feeling we have re hospitality in our entire Croatia trip..

Booking says 4 stars hotel, but it is actually 3 stars.

Our reservation was canceled due to early closure of Hotel Borak. We were upgraded to a better hotel (Grand hotel Elaphusa) and got room with a sea view. Perfect location and excellent amenities. Beautiful garden and surroundings. Excellent food. Helpful staff. Clean, modern, bright room with balcony overlooking the sea.

Very relaxed hotel with lovely staff. Great location, only a short walk into Bol town and golden horn beach. We had breakfast and dinner and the food was great, lots of vegetarian options. Wish we could have stayed for longer! The only improvement could be the pool! However the hotel was lovely and we would definitely recommend.

Great location close by Zlatni Rat.

It was in a good location, very close to the beach and within a 10 min walk to Zlatni rat beach which was great. They have a buffet if you select it. There were options to chose from but the flavour of the food was bland. The pool was nice and the room clean. The bed could have been more comfortable. The food was bland.
