The host was helpful. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The location was good and only 20 minutes walk into the center The only plug socket that I could use with my travel plug was in the bathroom. The breakfast was simple with toast, jam, nuttella and a selection of cold meats but the cereal was stale.

It was definitely NOT as shown in the photos. The place was extremely worn down, to put it mildly. The door was broken, which is honestly a safety hazard. Only ONE light worked in the bathroom. And the bed… well, it was, without exaggeration, one of the most disgusting things I’ve ever seen.

Very friendly service and instructions were very clear. Very well spoken English which made it 10x easier for us as we are Australian. Room was very clean and well kept. Also in a great location, walking distance to everything you need to have an enjoyable time.

Clean, spacious room, kettle in the room. Easy communication with the host. All practical information was provided. Responsive to requests. The location was also good, within waling distance to the university and to the city centre. The breakfast is self service and only cold options available. There was a large noise when I was using the water (shower, toilet, etc). I "guess" this had something to do with the house being in the third floor and a pump was working. Maybe nothing much can be done but I didn't like that people would notice or wake up in the middle of the night from the noise when you are using the toilet.

Very close to the city center, 15 minuntes by walking.Nice staff!Clean rooms, not enough hot water.After a while during taking bath the water become colder. The breakfast is ok, nothing special but good value for money. The water becomes Cold during taking bath. Very clean room, cleaning daily.Very good this part!

Location was good Unfortunately wasn’t accessible for a wheelchair user despite informing host. But he was very apologetic The shower was difficult to regulate temperature and not mounted so you could use it standing up We found B&B difficult to find due to lack of signage on main gate
