Good Morning Bologna

my priorities were a comfy bed and room, cleanliness and good air conditioning. all were met 1 no real suggestions. It did seem like according to the pictures, I didn't get the room that I thought I was getting but it was fine.

The staff were very nice. The location was excellent. The room was very clean and it was efficient. It had everything we needed. I wasn’t aware of the steps leading up to apt. we are in our 70s and it was difficult especially because stairs wrapped around and we only had carryons & backpacks. it would have been impossible if we had large suitcases. Also wished breakfast was available a little earlier like even 8:00am.

Room was spacious and fully equipped. Staff were friendly and attentive. On-site breakfast was a welcome way to start the day, especially on the outdoor balcony. Lugging heavy luggage up to 2nd floor. Problems using phone to access main door.

Really enjoyed the breakfast and the location.

Breakfast was really good with many choices. Coffee was made to order and it was excellent. Location in the heart of the University of Bologna neighborhood, it is within walking distance to many points of interest and shopping in the city. There are many restaurants within walking distance to the property - Va Mo La, Trattoria Oberdan da Mario, Le Moline, Trattoria Anna Maria (across the street) to name a few. There is also a small supermarket down the street. We received an upgrade to their other property, Al Teatro - it was a suite with a queen size bed, a small kitchen and bathroom and very quiet. Marina (the owner) and her staff (Lea, Linda e the others) were very friendly, hospitable and helpful. Since we had to leave early for the airport, they arranged for a taxi and prepared breakfast for us. We would certainly recommend this property and would stay there again. Location and breakfast were the top comfort. I loved the breakfast that was homely and just "there" . The service was so lovely. The young ladies cooked my egg and offered excellent coffee. the renage of choice was excellent. Just lovely!! The shower is a bit slippery for older people so may be an extra mat on th inside lfoor would be helpful.

Good location, really easy to access and nice breakfast!

The breakfast staff at the little restaurant were so helpful and thoughtful and looked after us absolutely perfectly. Leah was very helpful getting us settled as well. She went out of her way to help us with things like the train schedule, etc.. We enjoyed the location of your accommodation and felt well cared for. I realize it’s an old building and handrails on both sides of the stairs are not feasible. This would not be a problem for most people, but because I have Parkinson’s disease it would’ve been nice for me. I hesitate to even mention this point. Thank you for the good job you’ve done making our stay so nice.

The bed was a little harder then we are used to, but that’s personal preference and still comfortable enough to maintain the high score

Right near the university, absolutely beautiful, elegant place. Fantastic breakfast and the staff is thoughtful, helpful and friendly!

The breakfast was served in the primary location which is 4 min walk.

The breakfast location is in another building. To get to the rooms you need to walk up a very steep and curved staircase. The shower had very low pressure.

The room was so clean and comfortable, decorated tastefully, bed was super comfy, staff were accommodating and helpful. Breakfast was superb nothing was a chore.

The room was lovely! Very cosy and perfectly central.

Location & cleanliness! Personnel was very friendly! Cup of morning coffee on the balcony was a wonderful start of a day (pic attached) Small tiny issue: Earliest breakfast was possible at 8:15 which is ok for holidays, but late when you come for business. But probably it was written somewhere and I simply mussed.

An excellent place to experience Bologna. Very large and clean room, large and modern bathroom, and an unbeatable location. The stairs...maybe...

Excellent location, walking distance to all the main points of interest. Spacious, comfortable and secure. Excellent breakfasts. The only thing we would criticise is the tiny mugs supplied in the room. Perfect for coffee-drinking Europeans, but far too small for the tea-loving Brits!
