too expensive. for that money I would expect better facilities (for example better doors)

It was in a good location - the only good thing about this accommodation. The room had a musty smell that didn't go away. It was extremely cramped, the room door almost required an engineering degree to lock and when you were in the room it couldn't be locked in a way the would stop other people coming in, there is a very small common space shares with other guest so not particularly private - not really 40m². You could hear everything happening within the building ie footsteps upstairs, toilet use in the next room, basically any movement. Also be warned one of the rooms is in the basement (we weren't in it thankfully) but it was an extremely narrow spiral staircase down, so very difficult with luggage and according to the guest staying in that room there was no window.

The location is excellent! The room is big enough, the sanitary facilities - very good. A small kitchenette has a kettle, tea, coffee, cookies.The area is quiet. The communication with the administration of the accommodation is good but check the phone number as it starts with 39 which is also area code for Italy so confusing for non-Italian numbers. The price was moderate. Unfortunately some details were missing in the description. The host has two properties, and pictures with the garden, wardrobe, and breakfast are related to a different property outside of the centre. The property where we stayed was close to the centre but was not a hotel or B&B. It is an apartment of three bedrooms with a shared salon. There is no indication about any of that in the description. Also our room didn't close with the key we were given, probably the key was related to another room.

Good location, cute decoration of the room, it was really good being in a typical old italian building. Room was a little bit small .

No breakfast. Location good, especially once area learned better, First trip to Bologna. Will return. The accommodation, while very good, was a basement room only accessible by a very narrow spiral staircase. It was extremely uncomfortable for my wife who wears a knee brace and has a cane. Neither the basement location nor the spiral staircase are disclosed in the listing information.

Position place is easy to warm up, We Did not found any glass for water not any spoon in any part of apartment only 4 cups for coffee

The rooms were beautiful and the hostess was charming. All was good

to location was fine. but there is really hard to find any other pluses in this accomodation. At the start we got the wrong room, which had a shared space and toilet outside the room in the shared space. Then when we raised the question about this we were told we can change the room next day. We needed to wait to change to room till 11AM which already ruined half of our day, just to realise that our new deluxe room is based in the basement without wi fi or even regular phone signal. What is more to get to our "deluxe" room we needed to walk through shared space that other guest were using. We also found underwear (that must have belonged to earlier guest) under one of the couches and the overall cleanness was poor. The christmas decorations in October were also not addind any charm. The final straw was that during the night we were bitten by some sort of bugs.

Very kind and helpful owner (gave us parking recommendations), very cute room that was perfectly clean and amazing location with a great breakfast café at the corner, lots of vintage stores close by and only a short walk from Piazza Santo Stefano. Would book again!

The host was friendly, she let us detailed instructions about the key, but we never met. She also asked by WhatsApp if everything was okay during our stay. Nice position of the apartment. Good air conditioning. Very poor Wi-Fi , almost never has internet in the room. mold on a wooden base of the washbasin. the night lamp is only on one side of the bed and it was necessary to unplug it from the socket if this socket was needed to plug your phone or anything else.

We were originally staying at another accommodation but were forced to change it as our stay was during the heatwave and we didn't have air conditioning. Patty was so kind to respond right away, check-in was extremely easy and quick, and since we told her about the heat issues, she had already turned on the AC and cooled the room beforehand. We recommend the place with two hands, it is furnished with a lot of care and attention, and the location is great, within walking distance of the center. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. When we booked a room, we were not aware that it was within a shared apartment. As a minus, I would note that apparently most of the guests were not aware of this concept and on the very first night there was a family that occupied the two other rooms. Their check-in happened at 12 o'clock in the night, they were extremely noisy and opened our locked door while we were getting ready for bed. It was extremely inconvenient and it is important to mention that the doors of the rooms do not really lock - the lock can be opened from the outside.
