The owner was very polite and hospitable. Nothing

warm welcome, very friendly attentive host and everything was clean (even if we arrived a bit too eary, that was no problem!)

Since its in a ground floor, the room is very dark and cold, there’s not good phone signal, and the internet was extremely slow and the connection kept breaking. Both rooms should be able to have breakfast in the inner yard, maybe would be a good idea to buy another small table, as there’s clearly space for more.

The room was smaller than I thought it would be, a bit pricey but it’s in the center of Bologna.

Beautiful building

This accommodation is stunning; it has a rich history and is located on a quiet street but is also very close to the Piazza Maggiore. The B&B has an authentic feeling and Alberta is an amazing host. The property feels like home in many respects, as it is incredibly comfortable, has all necessary facilities, has a variety of options available for breakfast, and the cappuccino made by Alberta every morning was lovely and much appreciated. If you are coming to Bologna, I recommend staying here 100%.

The apartment had lots of charm and the owner was super sweet and accommodating Unfortunately, it was quite cold inside even after the heating was on and it was also quite loud as you could hear pretty much everything from the room next door. I initially booked it for the sauna but it wasn't in use for years therefore not available to use. I thought there was fresh breakfast included which wasn't the case but maybe that's on me and I remembered it wrong. TV is really old and the whole place could use a good dusting. I reckon this is a much more positive experience during the summer but maybe simply not made for a winter rental.

Very central location, 10’ walk to the centre of Bologna. Romantic style room with comfortable bed and big spacious bathroom. Breakfast in the room with a big selection of breakfast choices. Highly recommend! Alberta is lovely and super helpful, makes you feel at home!

Unique, tasteful, aesthetic I had difficulty getting hot water from my shower but staff responded and fixed immidiately

I enjoyed everything. No complaints.

Nothing Dark inviting hallway, lack of windows, breakfast was a joke, packaged cookies and hot water behind a screen to separate from the bed. Criminal to charge that much money for a dump. We left after two days and for not much more money stayed in a beautiful hotel in the center. Owner agreed to credit us back for the two unused nights, bookings agreed, but still have not seen my money.

The owner went above and beyond to accommodate me. I loved the fresh cheese and fruits the owner left for me. This stay is perfect for women travelling alone as it's very secure, or for couples looking for a romantic place to stay. Just be aware the style is very vintage, with a lot of trinkets, shabby chic furniture, carpets, ... I liked it but it is not for everyone. The building itself is historic, with a charming patio and plants.
