We ordered lunch from the cafe and felt that it could be better.

I was on 11th floor , both lifts weren't working had to walk down with my luggage. Also you guys are grossly understaffed for sure. Quite clearly All of them are tired and exhausted. It's a matter of time before your system's collapse. Watch.

Location great for attending a conference in BKC. Keyless room entry has potential - but in reality is not working very well yet. Relies on web page that is only accessible from the phone associated with the email address you use for registration.

Everything is good about this property , the location , the food , the staff . Specially their Manager Mr. Zahid , he's super helpful & very good at what he goes , he knows how to make his guests happy .
