Location Disappointing stay – misleading listing and not worth the price Stayed at Indie Stays BKC, Mumbai and overall it was a very disappointing experience. The room was extremely small and definitely not worth ₹7,500 per night. Cleanliness was poor, which was quite unexpected at this price point. I had specifically requested a king bed, but instead was given two twin beds pushed together, which was uncomfortable. The Wi-Fi was very slow, making it difficult to work or even browse properly. The bathroom water was not hot, and the comforters had a bad smell, which was quite unpleasant. On top of that, the AC was not working. When we tried using the ceiling fan instead, it was too fast and had no speed regulator, making it uncomfortable to sleep. Additionally, the hotel listing on Booking.com gave a completely misleading impression of the property. Based on my experience, I would not recommend booking through Booking.com for this hotel. Overall, the stay did not meet even basic expectations. If possible, I would like to request a refund, as the services and room conditions were far below what was advertised.

For the price and location, Indie Stays provided us the best comfort. We stayed earlier as well in this property, hence we opted for this hotel. The staff were so helpful and allowed us to check out little late. Absolutely, we recommend this hotel to all my friends and relatives. Nothing to complain

Good room service and cleanliness. A lot of mosquitoes in the room. Also, the air conditioning was extremely poor.

Nothing much, the staff were sweet. The receptionist and staff were good but the entire hotel and the room provided were not up to the mark. It's not the staff's fault coz the rooms weren't even in shape, bathroom door was broken, window had a whole, thermostat didn't work

The place has good connectivity with BKC. Room cleanliness could have been better. Breakfast buffet could have been better compared to cost.
