Veeeeery wide beds, never seen such before. I'm sure that it wouldl fit 3 adults easily. Very nice to sleep Incredible breakfast Few pools Nice territory , staff is properly looking after plants Big library Too warm water in two pools (June), maybe because of no shadow over the pools The beach is not really usable - dirty and not nice.

I loved the breakfast. So many choices to choose from I didn’t like that the restaurants were at the back of the property. I thought they would be more centralized.

Supreme service along with very welcoming and loving energy from all staff members. The fire show during dinner was amazing also. Busy season can get a little hectic but the staff manages obstacles very well. A little bit of patience goes a long way, keep that in mind and you will have one of the best stays in all of Koh Samui.

The staff is very nice and helpful! The rooms are very spacious, and well equipped. When you check in someone from the staff takes you to your room and walks you through it, and tells you the amenities the room has. The breakfast room is huge, with a lot of options, and allergens marked. The pools is great, although it could have colder water. They offered a free shuttle to the Fisherman's village. The spa is very expensive.

Very modern, pool was amazing, the room was huge with an outside and indoor shower, the amenities in the room were plentiful and the staff were very kind. Its a 10 minute walk to fisherman’s wharf The breakfast is a solid 7, and the cleaning of the rooms can be quite delayed.

The atmosphere inside the resort is peaceful and fun. The breakfast is delicious and has plenty of variety. The location is excellent and nearby to restaurants, cafes and convenience stores. A short ride or longer walk to the Fisherman's Village market. Pool is great!

Just a suggestion: a mirror in the room will be useful and nice. There is no mirror except the one in the bathroom.

We stayed at the renovated section… it’s a beautiful property. The landscaping, the small beach, the specious rooms with the humongous bed. Just a quiet piece of paradise. We loved it. Pillows could’ve been better.

It's a beautiful resort—the gardens, the beach, the restaurant. The attention to detail, the service, and the very friendly staff. We had dinner one night right on the beach with live music and a fire show. We stayed in a villa with a swimming pool...we loved everything! We also had a massage, and the service was exceptional! It's a little outside the tourist area. You have to walk along the main street to get to Fisher Village...but the resort and the beach are so beautiful that we didn't always go there!

Large rooms, very well planned. Extremely friendly and positive staff. Very nice pools. Fantastic location, using Bolt we waited no more than 3 minutes for each drive. 7 Eleven store right nearby the hotel. No hesitation to get back, next time we are in Koh Samui. None.

Location to our hospital daily visits. Staff were efficient, caring, pleasant and encouraging. The rooms [ 315 and 611) were clean and spacious. The resort does not provide body lotion. Other than this, there is none that I could think of.
