Everything. Great facilities with 2 swimming pools on the beach, always excellent service (especially Pong Pang and also also Nancy, Boy and Nut), large and clean rooms.and varied and delicious breakfast. Nothing really. The beach chairs near the beach should have foam mattresses and the coffees made by a machine were not good.

Really comfortable and great value for money. The swimming pools are awesome. Nothing not to like.

The whole resort was very clean and well maintained. The staff were very friendly and helpful, in particular Nern in the breakfast restaurant and Pongpang in the Sea Grille. It would have been good to have a door between the bathroom and the dressing area. Also, a map or information from reception about access across from one side of the resort to the other would have been really helpful.

The bed was firm yet very comfy. Likewise, their pillows were very firm but super comfy. I've got 2 slipped disc at my neck and lower spine so bed and pillow is v impt for me. Room is comfortably spacious and has drying rack in the balcony. There's 2 basins and they provide beach towels and sandals in the room. Housekeeping is also very good and makes the room clean enough. We tried to charge our phones and turn on the light in the walk-in wardrobe room but end up tripped the electricity. Thereafter, we realised that the aircon wasn't able to cool at all and reported the next day, which they immediately rectified! We were surprised and happy with their efficiency, most of all, we were delighted that we need not change our room as we have already start unpacking! Some staff even remember our room number when we tried to book the free shuttle, despite they were quite a number of other guests. We would also like to thank Miss Fang for the lovely service and smile. There's free shuttle to Chaweng and Fisherman's Village at 3pm & 6pm for max 10 pax per time slot and have to pre-book as it's first-come-first-serve. While free shuttle is much appreciated, it will be nice to have more time slots that's earlier than 3pm and later than 6pm. The breakfast is pretty much similar daily, but will be nice if the Thai Soup section can have more variety / changes rather than the Fish soup.

Pretty good resort with clean room and huge main swimming pool and another smaller one near beach. Room was comfortable and cleaned daily which is impossible to expect in Australia. Staff very polite and friendly. Great breakfasts. 15-20 min walk to fishermen village - the mail attraction point in the area with number of restaurants, shops, massage salons etc. Night markets almost every day I believe except Thursdays with good variety of food and entertainment. Prices not cheap so trade on every purchase to reduce price sometimes twice. Hotel also offering free kayaks so it's great to explore nearby area. Hotel restaurant is pretty pricey and probably more expensive compare with Melbourne so we didn't eat in there. Lots of families stayed in hotel, so pretty good for families. Recommend. Beaches near hotel as in Koh Samui in general pretty dirty and not maintained. Water near beaches also not really clean. The sand on that part of the island pretty coarse so not really comfortable to walk.

Beautiful hotel, great location, amazing pool and really great staff. food was great also. The WiFi was hit and miss but that was literally it!

multiple pools. excellent thai massage. great breakfast. excellent great value local restaurants within a short walk if you dont want to pay hotel prices for dinner. confusing that the shuttle bus driver meeting us at the airport held up Celes, rather than our names. We had booked at Palm Beach Resort. So did not recognise the name of the hotel.

rooms, restaurant staff were wonderful! we celebrated my dads birthday with a special dinner! breakfast very nice. the stairs leading the the beach were awful! all activities were cancelled. very disappointed about this as the children looked forward to this and were let down last minute!

two pools with one great for long swims and the other for more chill moments. breakfast was good with variety of western and Thai options. staff were helpful. location is also pretty good, with eateries and convenient stores located within walking district. and close enough to the fisherman village to walk there. could hear some traffic noise even though room was not located near the road.

The Breakfast & Pool Facility was excellent. The Beach was not as anticipated, the water was not as clear or clean and the sand in the Sea was not at all pleasant, after one metre the sand in the sea became slimy.

Great hotel, has all the facilities you want, great beachfront pool, and always super clean. What really makes this a great hotel is the service. All of the staff were, always, super attentive and professional. Special shout-out and thanks to Run, who truly made this stay exceptional for us. Fisherman’s village is about 15-20 minutes walking distance- just keep in mind. other than that, great high/mid level hotel.
