Beautiful hotel, Perfect breakfast, perfect team

No AC at the restaurant

The staff were amazing throughout our stay. From reception and serving staff to the cleaning team, everyone was so friendly, professional and always willing to help. It's this level of service that truly made our stay so pleasant and enjoyable. There were a few areas that I feel need addressing. Both of the cabins I booked had a bathroom window with no blind, allowing direct sunlight into the room early each morning. This was particularly annoying if you wanted a lie-in and is something that should be rectified. I was also disappointed with the service charge added to all food and drinks. I can understand this for room service, but I was charged even when I went to the bar myself?. With taxes already being added, I am unsure why a separate service charge is necessary for bar and restaurant purchases. As I had two cabins, I noticed that the bed in my daughter's cabin was not nearly as comfortable as the one in our room. My wife slept in both rooms during the stay and even commented that our bed was noticeably more comfortable, despite our daughters room being the more superior category. There were also a number of small details that, in my opinion, detract from the five-star rating. For example, my room did not even have a soft-closing toilet seat, something I would consider a standard feature in a modern five-star resort in 2026. These are small touches, but they all contribute to the overall experience. Finally, while the resort markets itself as five-star, I feel some annual cosmetic maintenance would make a huge difference. Simple things such as refreshing grout, replacing tired silicone, and touching up paint do not cost a great deal and could be carried out quickly. These improvements would give the cabins a fresher and more luxurious appearance. In my opinion, it is these small details that prevent the resort itself from being a true five-star property. That said, the staff were outstanding throughout our stay. From reception and serving staff to housekeeping, everyone was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Their level of service is what truly made our stay enjoyable and, in my opinion, it is the staff who provide the real five-star experience.

One of a kind! Love it so much! Nothing.

The only small inconvenience was that the bed was prepared with two single duvets instead of one double duvet. Overall, it was a warm and welcoming honeymoon stay with thoughtful touches and excellent service.

Location, rooms, hospitality

The structure is beautiful, the bungalows and the garden are really detailed and accurate. The Thai staff is super kind and gentle. You can’t really go to the beach and swim. The beach is very dirty, as is the sea. You would expect a resort of this standard to clean it every morning. Furthermore, there are not enough sun beds on the beach or by the pool for all the people staying at the resort. So it is very disappointing to pay so much and not be able to enjoy these services. From 6pm it’s really dangerous to cross the street because of the cars and motorcycles. The person who helps you to cross the street leave early So if you want to go out for dinner or get a massage outside the resort, it's your responsibility, and honestly, it's scary. The last thing I didn't like about the resort is that they charge you a 3,000 baht deposit for each room. And the amount is refunded between 14 and 30 working days later, not immediately when you check out. These are details that really put you off.

The staff and receptionist were absolutely amazing. Highly recommend. Especially Tony who drove us for 4 hours around the island was amazing!

Good location near the fisherman village. Great beach and nice restaurant. It’s not looks or feel like 5 stars hotel. The premium vila is not spacious and not well-organized. There is no wardrobe in the room. There are always small ants in the room no matter how many times the room is cleaned. The gym is very small, crowded and not equipped as befits a 5-star hotel. The breakfast is very varied and rich, but almost nothing tasty. We had very good experience at 5 stars hotel in Thailand, that was not one of them.

One of the best places I have stayed at in Thailand. Very nice people and facilities.

A minor remark is the high chlorine level in the pool.

We love this resort! It's exactly as advertised, the room was very cozy, comfortable (the pillows are AMAZING), and equipped with everything you could need. The staff at the hotel are wonderful and friendly. The nature setting brings a quiet and peaceful vibe while you're in your villa and the bar/restaurant/pool area are fun and lively!

The greenery of the place, they mended their way around nature and it’s absolutely beautiful to see. Rather than remove a tree, they cut holes and made way for it to grow (even within the pathway). If only the bathrooms were a little more private and a little ventilated, the idea behind them is very nice, but it wasn’t easy to use when my friend and I were both in the room at the same time.
