Is very well located. The rooms are very comfortable. Breakfast is great.

The Avocado is a small, quaint, quiet resort with individual bungalows that look out onto the pool area. The rooms were clean, comfortable and there was a breakfast provided each morning. The hotel is a small, secluded spot close to the night markets and restaurants. The staff was friendly and responsive and there are some resident cats to keep you company.

I stayed here for one night. The room was spacious and clean, with nice decor and everything I needed – very good value for money. There are lots of restaurants, bars, and massage parlors in short walking distance. Also conveniently located close to the airport and the ferry. The staff was friendly but they don't speak much English, so it was challenging to communicate.

Plenty of eating places around 711 2 min walk Staffs are super friendly and helpful Free breakfast (self service) is basic but great quality Room is big, has great facilities Ambience is amazing, nice clean pool and the owner’s cute cats living in the resort will follow you asking to be pet whenever you are around. Room door is sometimes difficult to open

close to the beach, pool was clean and bungalow was a good size, comfy and clean. staff doesn't speak English, so a bit hard to communicate unless Noi, the owner, is around.

The water in shower is heated with a small less effective device, but since it is always warm to hot, it's not really a problem. The floor in the bathroom looks like a outdoor floor... but again, these are only details, the experience here is lovely thanks to the kind stuff, the simplicity, the Thai atmosphere...

Perfect place for a quiet getaway. Not on the beach but just a 5 min walk away. The facility is spotless and the staff are great! Loved it!

Size of room and close to beach Bathroom shower head is not strong and not directed in one place. Wispy Sprays everywhere, so not so pleasant

The owner was amazing and friendly. Gave me so much insight, let me extend my stay and was very easy going. Easy to rent a scooter also at the shop at the front. And it was a very relaxing place.

Nice pool. Rooms were great. 2 water bottles per day and a fridge. Staff was excellent and very good at communicating and answering questions. I’m general using taxi to get around is not the most economical. Consider renting a scooter.

Bed was comfortable and the room was clean Door would not lock properly. Had to move from my deluxe room to a standard and although that was better still left a day earlier. I booked a 5 star resort for that night for £5 more than Avocado charge. The owners need to make changes to this property. Personally, the property is way overpriced for what it offers.

Great location, close to fisherman's village which has lovely night Market beside lovely beach. The room was lovely and all rooms right beside the pool. Staff were lovely and so helpful. Really nice relaxed place away from the noise yet close enough to the nightlife. Italian next door is the best we have ever had. That we couldn't stay longer ?
