מלון מעולה למי שמחפש מקום לא יקר במיוחד עם כל מה שצריך. באמת שהכל שם בסדר גמור, יש בחוץ ספורט ימי אבל הוא פחות לרחצה, ארוחת בוקר לא רעה בכלל, מסעדה טובה בבריכה. החדרים מעט קטנים ופשוטים אבל נקיים ומתוחזקים, אבל לא הייתי אומר שזה משהו לא טוב, זה תמורה הולמת למחיר.

Nothing! The rooms are tiny in an exceptional way! The hotel offer a tiny room with two single beds for a family of 2 adults and an 8 years old child on the prospect that they can charge for upgrade on-site, when you have no alternatives. Other than that, a lot of walking and there are noisy works between the pool and the beach that blocks the view completely but the hotel doesn't provide this information during the booking and charges full rate!

The pool and the facility, the breakfast was good too and quite generous. The restaurant food was quite blend and frankly too expensive for what it is. We walked twice (via the beach and the broken board walk, literally 3 minutes' walk) at the neighbor hotel to eat at The Club by Zazen, for slightly more expensive price, you have the view, the service and top-quality food. Highly recommend that restaurant.

Direct beach access. Parking. The gym is small but do a full body training is possible. Needs renovation, it feels that the rooms have seen their best years. Doors are very “weak” and you can hear everything from the corridor/adjacent rooms. The rooms soundproofing is poor.

The location was decent, it’s located in Bo Phut and about a 20 minute walk from the Fisherman’s Village We stayed in a Deluxe Room and were very disappointed. There was no hot water unless the shower ran for over 5-ish minutes, and after that, it goes through waves of warm water. The pressure of the water will lessen if someone uses the sink at the same time. The room was very small with little to no ventilation, causing heavy condensation on the walls and windows and making the space feel damp and sticky when you shower. When we asked to switch rooms, we were told all rooms are like this unless we paid to upgrade. Given how expensive the Deluxe Room already was, we did not feel an upgrade just to have basic ventilation was reasonable. The photos online are misleading and do not reflect the reality of the rooms. Overall, this stay did not meet expectations and was not worth the cost.
