Location was close to night market Gaps between the windows allowed for mosquitoes to get in, and very loud location of the main road.

The bed was clean and it was right by the Fisherman’s Nightmarket and no need to cross the big road. The walls had so many dirty spots and the room was overall not roughly cleaned including the bathroom which wasn’t great. The toilet has issues flushing and we did need a plumber. Also lizards can easily get in. We kept door closed at all times but saw a big one in the room.

Big room, nice staff. My room was right next to the main road connecting the whole island. There was no other room available. It was way too loud to sleep - with the motorbikes accelerating, the trucks honking and someone trying to manage the traffic blowing a whistle. If the room was properly isolated it wouldn’t been an issue. I would advise the property to sound isolate the room(s) right next to the road or not rent them out.

Everything else was awful Don't stay here! - I booked my stay online and paid online before I arrived I showed this to the receptionist when I arrived and she insisted that if I wanted to stay I would have to pay a second time. Which I did. I then called booking.com and got a refund luckily. I asked other guests if they had been charged twice and they said the same thing happened to them but there is nowhere else to go because of high season. I then rented a bike which had only 2 bars of fuel left on the tank. I returned it with 3 bars left and she charged me extra for not returning it with a full tank. WiFi didn't work the entire time. I've lived in Thailand 7 years and I never leave a bad review unless it's really deserved. Avoid.

Property was very comfortable and had everything you would need. It was very clean. Location could be a little noisy with the main road at times. I still managed to get a really good nights sleep here though.

It is very close to the fisherman market if you are interested in that. The man at reception seemed always grumpy and the room was very basic.
