The staff were amazing Professional and courteous the property was in a fantastic location. The only issue I had was the the lack of glass cups instead they had paper cups no fridge so I couldn’t buy chocolates. No welcome water and glass just paper cups in the bathroom

Clean, easily accessible, quiet (minus the alarms) The alarm went off multiple times through the night, each night. Everyone had to exit and the inconvenience was not explained in any way.

The place is fair for the price paid. The bathroom had a slight damp smell, but everything else was fine. The area is a bit far from the main attractions — it’s not really a place to explore on foot. On the first night, the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night, and we all had to go outside and wait until the issue was resolved.

Very close to excellent bars and restaurants, and movie theaters. 5 minute walk to bus to historic downtown very convenient. Breakfast ok, but not great.

Clean rooms, the hotel is new and feels new, simple and comfortable. The location is a bit remote from the city, and the rooms are not well equipped.

Room was super clean, modern and perfect for 1 night NO BAR....!! Room was great but air con was pointless. Didnt work Room was hot and stuffy. Had to open window. 8th foor, still noisy at 04.00hrs. Parking for less than 24hrs, with hotel discount €28. NOT GREAT

A/C didn' work right... We were too hot and no matter what temperature we set it on, it blew hot, with the window open in mid Bordeaux the noise was unbelievable, so we had to shut the window to sleep, I woke up sweating so much the bed was soked I had to get up at 4.00 and sit on the only other piece of funature till morning.... a stool.

Friendly staff Breakfast was finished early so be aware of that it was empty and everything gone on the dot actually was cleared up before breakfast stopped serving
