Really excellent installations, great rooms, confortable and spacious. Exactly what I needed. The staff is friendly and helped us solve the issues we faced (see ahead). Our crib for baby needed a mattress, in the end we arranged with an extra mattress on the floor. Some rooms with air conditioning issues, we changed. Then the location is a bit far then I imagined from the tram line.

We didn’t take breakfast because we awoke too late. We fill ourselves very safe in neighborhoods, closed to restaurants. Transportation not too bad, bus stop just three minutes walk, tram stops a little father maybe ten minutes but for us it’s OKAY. Nothing.

Terrible problem locating the property. Listed address led us to an entirely different part of Bordeaux near the University. Travelers should be alerted. To this possible problem!
