Very good beds and pillows.

Super clean, curtains on beds, good outlets, bathrooms were clean every day, and the staff were very friendly and understanding. Beds were comfortable and the hostel tried its best to stay cool during heatwave. Hostel couldn't do much about this but it was quite hot in the rooms due to heatwave. Laundry machines are NOT good and don't fully wash clothes plus you need to download an app and put a minimum of 20 euro onto the app. This hostel is quite far out from city center but was near cite du vin.

Good location. Great staff. No A/C. It was like hell. No fans available either. Especially for top bunks it was very very hot. I couldn't sleep the whole night.

The staff was very friendly and the atmosphere was nice. They included locks for belongings and had a whole gym, bar, and lounge where you can meet cool people! Felt very safe the whole time.
-
The Location, the facilities, The bar. Breakfast should be included not paying 7,50 for just bread and butter some juice

The Hostel is in a quiet area but has a lively environment and a big co-working area too. Staff is courteous and they have some nice eating options as well. The rooms could seem cramped even if there are only a couple of people.

Easily connect via tram service to different corners of bordeaux. Great public area to chill or work. The staff speak good English for non french guest. Room was clean bed was comfortable. Nothing for me. Everything was good. No complaints.

Sturdy built-in bunks with power & curtain. Spacious and comfortable common areas and bar downstairs. Useful guest kitchen. A fair hike on foot to the city but the Cité du vin (wine musem) tram stop is very close by. There is a Lidl and a Carrefour within walking distance for self catering. I hiked across the bridge and took a regional train from Cenon station to Saint Émilion for a day trip.
