Lovely staff and good amenities, hotel itself was a fun vibe and rooms super clean and comfy A little far out of the city centre and breakfast was mediocre, but for the value for money can’t really complain

Very clean and neat all transport Couldn't say there was anything

What a fantastic place to stay! This hotel is anything but ordinary — it’s funky, quirky and full of personality. From the unique décor to the relaxed atmosphere, every detail has its own charm.

Breakfast was okay, pricey at EUR18.00 per person

Location, simple hotel Breakfast was poor, downstairs were lots of ants around food

The hotel has a cool, funky vibe. The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was a complete rip-off. 15 euros for a miniature croissant, some fruit and yogurt. On the Sunday morning we came down at 10am to find that there was barely any food left at all - no fruit, no croissants, just some chewy bread. My request for more options was met by a gallic shrug. Not good enough. I was also pre-charged 120 euros onto my card for expenses, and after returning home I find that I am still waiting to be refunded the correct amount. In no other industry can you effectively take money from someone for nothing and then make them have to chase you to get it back. Awful.

Stay and staff were particularly great only thing was the food was disappointing.

The location is perfect, just a few tram stops from the centre. Very relaxing area of Bordeaux with great eating and drinking on the quayside. The food market next door was a real bonus. Overall a brilliant break, second time at the moxy this time with four friends they were very impressed. Will be back again . All perfect.q

Great location far enough away from the busy areas but only 10 minutes in to the city centre by tram. Bar closed at midnight with no flexibility - very limited options in their ‘Marketplace’, which is basically a chiller cabinet with a few items in there. Confusing check in with the reservation team taking a credit card ‘hold’ for the full amount of your stay, despite paying in advance several months before arrival - slightly bizarre & illogical.

Decent size rooms and bathroom, very comfy night stay. Staff was lovely and helpful Further away from centre so very quite - we booked this location intentionally as Cite du Vin is literally next door. There is a food hall very close too, unfortunately closed during our visit. Tram line also very close by No cafes nearby - but the hotel restaurant makes lovely coffee. We didn't get the breakfast, it didn't look like they have a huge a selection for the price you pay.
