The hotel is simply amazing - the design, location, rooms, everything is exceptional! The rooms are very spacious, the bed is so comfy that you don't want to leave it! One of best hotels we ever stayed in. Breakfast could be better, more variety of warm dishes would be appreciated.

How professional and helpful the staff was - no request seemed to be too hard for them. We received a super early check-in at no extra cost. They helped to find a venue that was showing an international rugby match live on tv and made the booking. The location was perfect as we were doing a river cruise. Excellent breakfasts with many food options. Free water stations available on every floor. The indoor swimming pool was heated even with mid-summer temperatures in the mid-thirty degrees

The room was nice and beds comfortable The restaurant in the evening, and breakfast in the morning. No management no control, poor food at breakfast and the dinner in the restaurant was a catastrophe, forgotten food, returned steak twice and ended up just leaving . Arranged late check out and then next day cleaners come in while getting ready and then get a call asking ‘so when is it that you feel your checking out’ because no communication between staff

We loved the location. Only 20 mins to downtown in a cab too. I think the hotel really needs to do something about the soundproofing if you're the floor under the bar on the top floor (rooms floor 8, bar floor 9) Until 2am, there were constantly scraping chairs that constantly woke me up. The staff were however very accommodating when I raised this, and we were able to move me to the 4th floor, which was great. If you're a light sleeper, definitely request a room away from floor 8! There are also no fridges in the room which makes having cold water or milk impossible in the heat! Also, the toaster in the breakfast bar was broken and I saw at least 2 people ask for help with it on 2 separate days. Seems bizarre that when it was the only one available that it wasn't fixed quickly?!

Great interconnected rooms for a family of 4. The pool area could do with more sun loungers outside.
