Boutique Hôtel Le Clos Huguerie – Bordeaux Centre
About Boutique Hôtel Le Clos Huguerie – Bordeaux Centre
3-star boutique hotel in the heart of Bordeaux. An intimate and discreet address in Bordeaux's Golden Triangle, just steps from the Place des Quinconces, the Grand Théâtre, UNESCO World Heritage sites, and Rue Sainte-Catherine. Nestled in the heart of Bordeaux, in an 8th-century private mansion, our establishment is designed as a true haven of contemporary peace for travelers seeking elegance, modernity, and authenticity. From the moment you enter, the charm takes hold: period parquet floors, a listed staircase, soft lighting, and fine materials create a warm, refined, and decidedly soothing atmosphere. Hotel Le Clos Huguerie will be renovated in 2026 to offer you 18 fully refurbished rooms inspired by the charm of the Arcachon Basin. We offer a range of personalized, high-quality services: a large, sunny patio terrace where you can enjoy a glass of Bordeaux wine and a charcuterie board in the tranquility of the parasols; a delicious hot and cold buffet breakfast served in the lounge or garden featuring organic, local, and artisanal products; brand-new, high-quality bedding; a smart TV system with streaming international channels, Chromecast, Netflix, and Canal+; and concierge and luggage storage services. More than just a place to stay, it's an invitation to discover Bordeaux in a new light, with the understated charm of an establishment that blends tradition and innovation.

Friendly staff, great location Six flights of stairs with no lift might be difficult for the less fit!

The hotel interior design is great, the room was on the smaller side but the bed was comfortable and bathroom was very clean and the shower was good. We did not have breakfast during our stay but the buffet looked to have a good spread. Tea and coffee facilities were not available in the room or inclusive of the room price, I would expect for a hotel of this calibre to offer this as complimentary. The Room was slightly on the smaller side

Location very handy to any part of the city Clean and comfortable

The hotel was so beautiful to stay in. Location was fantastic, close to lots of things and easy to walk to. The hotel had a courtyard which was lovely to sit in and have drinks and breakfast. The rooms was comfortable. Staff were helpful and were friendly.

The hotel is basically new, very stylish, clean, and with a lovely courtyard. We only stay for 1 night. It would have been useful (and this is the main negative for me) to have a fridge in the room. I was carrying with me food for our 18month old daughter and I basically had to ask reception to put them in their fridge. The reception was closing at 9pm, whcih meant I could not access the fridge and had to waste all the food as it was left outside for nearly 12 hrs.

Good location, very nice property. Lovely breakfast. Appreciated the wine/snacks that are available for purchase. Also loved the water filter to use as needed. Room was very small, but manageable. It would be nice if they left out tea/coffee during the day if you wanted to make a cup. Also need to clean air filters in room.

The little garden area is beautiful and a bonus to sit and have a coffee outside in the morning. Decor inside the hotel is beautiful. Check-in was very poor which led to not being given full information. When my son and I came back to the hotel after a meal we were unable to access entry and had to ask a stranger in the street late at night to help us and caused panic to my son. During a heatwave water and glasses could be provided in rooms
