Clean and easy to access and centrally located Issues with the television.

The stay came with clear pros and cons. On the plus side, self check-in is straightforward with clear emailed instructions, and early check-in is accommodated when possible. The flat itself is spacious and nicely laid out, and the price is attractive for the location. However, communication and comfort fall short. The TV works only via apps, with no instructions provided, and there’s no guidance on how to operate the heating—problematic during a December stay. Even 24-hour support wasn’t able to help. Supplies are minimal (no extra towels, napkins, or paper towels), so plan ahead if you intend to cook. While advertised as a king bed, it felt closer to a queen—something my 6ft+ partner could easily attest to. The biggest issue was cleanliness, particularly the carpet, which clearly needed a deep steam cleaning. Overall, while the price is good, I would likely pay a bit more next time in Bristol for a more relaxing stay.

Great location, comfortable bed and furniture, kind and helpful host

Overall our stay was great. We had no car but that did not deter us from being able to explore. All the staff was friendly and super helpful.
-
Hotel employee was able to accommodate all our requests. He was friendly and helpful. The room was a perfect mix of roomy and comfortable with all that we needed. Close to the center of everything. Highly recommend!
-
Spacious and clean apartment, close to the center but still quiet. 30 pounds to check in 2 hours earlier is certainly a first. Not even possible to just drop off a suitcase.
-
the room was clean and had everything you needed. would definitely stay here again

Location and the apartment design is very functional.

We loved our stay at SACO West India House in Bristol. Vibrant neighbourhood within two minutes of St. Nick's Market and every kind of cuisine you could hope for. Spacious, comfortable, and well equipped.

Location is amazing; washer/dryer is super helpful; size is perfect for a couple; wifi was strong; lots of hot water in the shower; love the view from our window. Easy check in/out. We were on the third floor, and we chose to walk up and down. The elevator is very small—could feel claustrophobic to some.

The washing equipments (dishwasher and washing machine) are awesome. All considered. Other kitchen equipments are enough for daily usage. I don’t like whole carpet in the layer. But there must be a reason for placing. Rather than that, I could not find to dislike.

We had a wonderful 2 night stay in SACO House. It is right on the heart of Bristol and right on the water - everything is right outside your door. Check-in worked perfectly - we were texted the door code and the safe code and our pass keys were waiting in an envelope. The first-floor room was large with kitchen, washing machine, high ceilings and front street, first floor views down on the canal. The unit is modern with good hot water pressure and a very comfortable bed. The wifi was easy to access and worked perfectly. The building has the smallest lift I've ever been in, but that's more quirky than a problem. It worked perfectly and just needed relays to get all our luggage up. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again. It was all good.

Very surprised how good room was, there was even a washing machine. I had family meet me in the afternoon at the property and they were blown away by it.. proximity to station and local amenities were very good. Gin bar boat directly outside. And Brewdog bar next door .Definitely stay again. Thank you.

Spacious, nice decor, clean, great WiFi, fantastic location and lovely view. Very soft mattress giving poor back support, so little sleep and bad back pain after three nights. Shower base very slippery - needs a mat. Kitchen cupboards so high I couldn't reach crockery and glasses on top shelf. Also confused by two email requests for online check-in and ID proof but when I queried this was told it was unnecessary.

Property was perfect for our needs. Great location, lovely apartment, comfortable night's sleep. Couldn't ask for more. Any quibble would really be nit picking. Home from home, pretty much.
