Got moved from another hotel to this one and the location was good! Didn’t feel particularly clean, hairs in bed etc. also an event on at the hotel so very very busy everywhere to park etc and loud

We were given a croner room which was very nice sa it had a dual aspect. Not many staff around. Quite difficult to find by car.

Location was fantastic! Room was nice and bathroom was spacious with a decent shower Aircon was broken and there was a heatwave the weekend we stayed there. We did get a fan from reception though.

very functional hotel. we stayed when life still had not opened up fully. had a late check in, room was ok, little tired. minimum staff around, the hotel was being painted so lots of areas with wet paint. Breakfast was ok... we all had to sit in the dark for some reason. help yourself buffet was alright. this hotel served a purpose, had we been visiting for a weekend I would have felt disappointed. the flowerbed containers out the front were full of dead plants. its the first thing you see when you enter the hotel.

Room was lovely and clean however we were giving paper cups to have our brews in, to give us more then 2 as we had to reuse and didn't work well. Breakfast was not much selection and the juices were watered down so much that I could not taste the apple juice at all.

Hotel was changed to the grand

Our booking was transferred to The Grand Hotel. The beds were super comfortable. Firm , which is my preference . The location of the Grand was very good. Close to the harbourside and not far from the shops etc. Easy check in. We arrived 1pm and all 3 rooms were ready. Check out is 12pm which is great. The bedside tables consisted of a high shelf type thing one side and a tall stool the other side. There is no wardrobe just some hanging space which is over the kettle and cups etc which just doesn't work especially if you have something long to hang up. 1 night stay was fine.
