Good location. Helpful staff. No toilet paper in toilets

The staff was very helpful & took my disability into consideration. I really appreciate them thinking about my needs. Located next to everything-food, shopping, busses, attractions. This isn't the fault of Rock & Bowl but the kitchen & fridge situation was a bit dirty. You assume because it's adults only, that people will clean up after themselves. Some of the food in the fridges looks to be months old. There really wasn't room for other people to put things unless they wanted to take it upon themselves to clean out the fridge 1st.

Just the location. The staff was unbothered. The toilets and showers were unclean and disgusting. The kitchen was unhygienic to a point even the common kettle wasn’t usable. The towels were not provided during the check in. No information was provided about the stay. One of the four key cards wasn’t even working during the stay.

Location is good. Staff was friendly and helpful. Bed also was good and comfortable. No proper locker facility. When i went to shower noticed the shower hanger was broken couldn't have a proper shower due to that.
