Embassy Suites by Hilton Minneapolis North

This location did not match up with other Embassy Suites. Staff was very friendly, but the room we had needed a complete overhaul. The couch had tears and holes, the drapes were in shreds, there was a hole in the wall in the bathroom that had been covered with clear caulk, and pieces of tile were missing in the shower. The breakfast was very disappointing. Couldn’t cut the waffles, they broke in pieces and tasted like styrofoam, the oatmeal was empty and we were told they wouldn’t make anymore. I won’t be booking this one again.

My room was not really clean. When I got there the fire alarm was hanging from the ceiling, the sink was clogged. After maintenance fixed the sink he left a mess behind. My room did not get cleaned while I was there. I had to pickup the room, and remove the dirty towels. I was not impressed at all.

Rooms were outdated, but clean. Evening managers reception was nice, only if you like beer and cheap wine. You got 2 free drinks. Restaurant was closed, but bar food was available, which was very good. Front desk was pleasant.

I have stayed here many times and it has always been top notch. Clean, quiet, good food and reasonably priced.

Clean room and nice shower. Staff was all very friendly. Great omelllete in the morning. Good location for what we were doing. Only downside is the bar is in the common area and kids running around everywhere.

We had a great room on the 8th floor! Great view with the City's skyline! We ate supper at the restaurant and the food and service was great! The free breakfast was outstanding with an omelete made right before you. Things we didn't take advantage of were the two free drinks during happy hour and a pool and hot tub. The price was reasonable considering how nice the property was.

It was good but my kids wanted waffles better were told at check in they would have them. Everything was ok

The room was super clean and comfortable. Nice pillows and comforter. We loved the fact that it was a suite!

Update the carpet

Great stay. Clean, comfortable, and convenient to highway. Staff is friendly and professional. Will stay again.
