Travelodge by Wyndham Brooklyn Center

The first room I was assigned to was filthy, with food on the floor and night stands. The halls had garbage on the floor, the elevator smelled and had sticky dirty floors. The ceiling in my second room had been recently painted, but clearly no drop cloths were used as paint was on the headboard, chairs, and carpets. The lobby was chaos.

Horrible I ended up checking out early kids running around everywhere

Place was a mess.. bums everywhere.. up stairs people was jumping up and down all night it was 3am I had zero sleep never going back there again

Property FILTHY. Children running around the outside, as well as in the hallways during check in process. So go into the room and the floors are COMPLETELY FILTY. as well as the top sheets ! Definitely did not feel comfortable to stay here. Do not recommend.

Booked this hotel and they wouldn't refund me. I drove up and hr out of my way bc of my mistake and there is NO WAY it's a place to stay. People are living outside the hotel. It was so filthy outside the hotel there was trash everywhere and clothes laying in the parking. Even saw 1 lady with a broom and a garage bag after sitting at a card table. It was so disgusting and absolutely scary I never left my vehicle. This hotel should NOT be on the apps!!! Filth!!! Disgusting!!!

Whole hotel smells like cigarettes. 30 kids just hanging out in the lobby, went to get off elevator and a kid was flipping me off. Room had cigarette butts in the room with garbage everywhere. TV wasn't working. Just horrible.

Hotel was extremely dirty, there was no breakfast as listed. My children felt unsafe because of illleagle activities of other people staying at the hotel

Very dirty, both inside and out. It says breakfast is included but it is not. Deal with this option (snowballs)!

There were children playing everywhere as if it’s their home. The adults weren’t watching the children and the staff didn’t mind the children playing in the hotel as if it’s a playground. The kids starting throwing rocks outside and hit my car. We immediately packed up and left.

Nothing was set up in room and online saying they have this and that

The air conditioner buttons were missing no microwave curtains were so nasty didn't want to even touch them

Air conditioner didn’t work that well… parking lot filled with people that didn’t belong. Evening staff was great. Morning staff was ok. Not a fan of the area

It’s not the best place to stay

Property was not clean and tidy. Bathroom door didnt close. No amenities in the room such as coffee for the morning. Advertised as breakfast included but there was not! Had to provided credit card pin to the front desk staff as the machine does not reach the customer area. Very disappointed and would not recommend this place to stay!!

The property was not in great condition. The ice machine didn't work. It was advertised that breakfast was available, but there was no breakfast or coffee.Ther didn't seem to be any front desk staff on duty in the morning.

I understand it’s a room for $50 so it’s not going to be great but this was the worst hotel of my career and I’m a road stand up comedian so that’s saying something. Everything was dirty around the property. Tub was a nightmare, which didn’t matter because there were no towels other than hand towels. At 6am someone opened a security door causing an alarm to go off for 30 mins and not a constant alarm you could get used to but it kept turning off and then turning on again. I love Expedia and use you exclusively. This hotel should NOT be on your site. I was going to complain and try and get my money back but there was no one at the front desk at check out.

Disgusting!!! Prostitution is prevalent everywhere.it laterally slapped me in the face upon entering. Room was filthy,holes in the curtain’s windows screwed shut plastic covers on mattresses.room reeked of smoke.no trash cans or liners even after requested walls furniture & lamps shades were stained

Towels were not provided (had to ask), facilities are in very poor repair. Hotel collects a $50 deposit that is not disclosed at time of booking, and the money takes several days to be returned to your card.

The shower did not even turn on. The bed was on the floor and drug deals were going on in the entry way of the building. Not a very safe location.

Staff were helpful overall jus not a great place to stay
