Property had been closed for a month prior to my arrival and I was not notified.

The property was closed and had been for a month despite my confirmed reservation on Booking.com. The sign on the front door said it was condemned/unfit to dwell.

The hotel had been condemned and closed without me being informed ahead of time. I had to get another hotel nearby on the day of my arrival.

Booked this hotel in advance for my daughters wedding. We pull up and the parking lot is EMPTY!! I questioned it instantly. A guy came out and stated that they have been shutdown for over a month.. mind you I booked well over a month and never received notification of anything

The hotel isn’t even open we should up and there was a sign saying it’s closed

When we arrived this weekend we found out that the hotel was condemned 10 days earlier without any prior notification. The reason on the notice was that the elevators were all out of service. We were mostly disappointed that we weren’t notified we couldn’t stay there sooner when we would have had time to make alternate arrangements.

Room was clean and nicely appointed. The elevators were not working and the service elevator stopped working during our stay. Had to use the stairs. Luckily we were only on the fifth floor.

The lobby and rooms were very nice. Updated and clean. The beds comfortable. The shower however was terrible. The water pressure was nonexistent. Also, they didn't provide enough toiletries. 1 soap for the shower and the sink, no conditioner. The towels were small and rough. They didn't match how nice the room was. Also, the TV was huge and super nice but no smart TV so you're at the mercy of the Cable which was pretty weak signal. The lot was also littered with trash. I would stay here again at the price because the rooms were excellent. Just will bring more toiletries and my roku.

Clean and good value for money. No microwave in my room

The tub was dirty in the room. Had to use a service elevator and that was scary and awkward. The front desk guy lack customer service and communication skills. The maintenance staff was very friendly and helpful. I won’t return there just because the main person I dealt with gave me attitude as if he doesn’t want to be there or help people.

Plenty of parking spots, the main elevator is down and it was a gas smell in the lobby.
