The rug in room felt dirty , sticky and grimy , DONT FORGET SLIPPERS!! Kind of a poor area to stay.

Not surprised at the ** rating. Felt like it was the goal to maintain that score—nothing higher. Will not stay again.

Old building. Tired, worn furniture. Greasy feeling carpet. Desk person was lacking in people skills.

and in dire condition with much needed replacement. The staff was just ok. We wouldn’t stay at this property again.

They need to spend the money and redo all the rooms. Replace the furniture and fix the walls.

DO NOT STAY HERE!

Not very clean, room was missing TV remote, phone didn't work if you needed to contact front desk you had to go down to it. Chair cushion in room was ripped and dirty, had to put a towel on it. Breakfast was sparse not many choices, ran from 7 -10 but at 8 when we went down there was only one apple and 1 banana left. No napkins.

Let action was perfect for me. Close to major through fare in all directions. That it had a refrigerator and microwave in the room, large welcoming room

My room seemed clean and tidy. My room was lacking in maintenance. Poorly fitting and functioning shower fixtures. Could not get the TV to work. Called the front desk for assistance, staff said they would send someone to my room but no one came. Very disappointed.

The location for me was excellent, Parking lot is well lit For this weeks stay I kept having to go and get my room key reactivated, as it kept deactivating, staff tried telling me it was because it was by my phone when that was not the case at all. In the five days I stayed I had to get the room key reactivated about seven times. The breakfast is lacking options are waffles and dry cereal, juice, coffee and a bread item and yogurt. Bananas

It smelled bad throughout the hallways and room and bathroom. Each with a different odor

Staff and location was good! Staff was very nice. -Sticky floors -Water is freezing tried both morning and night -Beds are lumpy -Tv was in Spanish and when we changed it there were only 10 channels (all of them being new channels. Nothing for kids) -I called and asked for more blankets. My son was already asleep and I didn’t wanna come down to get them so I called down and asked if I could get them brought up and they told me that I would have to come down to get them, I am not gonna leave my sleeping son in a hotel room by himself. -Couch was worn and honestly you all need to get a new one. -Breakfast consisted of spoiled milk, out of date yogurt, make your own waffles, and cereal that tasted old. -Rat poop on beds and marks on pets from something being spilt
