The host was courteous although communication is through the app only, even if the fire alarm goes off.... The walls are paper thin, one can hear even minor noises in the hallway and especially in the adjacent rooms. It was way overpriced however that may have been because of another big event being in town during our stay....

Just big enough to store your stuff and be a base for a holiday. Nice and cozy and close to the Markt without being overrun with tourists Lots of flies and mosquitos but likely due to it being summer. Wasn't clear that there was a fridge in the room so we didn't find it till the morning we were leaving - so a wee list of what's available in the room would have been great. They also seem to host a class in the afternoon where there was lots of loud banging sounds but wasn't too bad as only lasted a short while.

At the start there was some feel of dampness un the room but it dissapeared after starting the fan.

Everything was so clean, easy self check in. Close to everything!

The view from the room was breathtaking. From the room's window you could see the beautiful church of the square outside. The small detail of having the possibility to enjoy a good coffee, with the amazing view, was really something. Great also for the position, really close to the city centre and the beautiful canals of Bruges. I highly recommend it.

Perfect week-end in Bruges ! Romy&Travis's Hotel is a very good place, next to the center walking. Room are confortable and clean ?

Room was very small for two persons , smelly room , shower drain was very bad Too steep stairs ,hard to climb especially with luggage and there is no one to help with luggage. Not worth the money

The room itself was nice, but it smell mold inside. Not a decent door to the toilet, which isn't so fun when traveling as a couple.

One random guy entered our room the one single time we did not lock. Apart from that everything was great.

The room was clean, comfy bed, had everything we needed , beautiful location and a nice walk short walk to the central square

Nowhere to hang a long coat - problematic in winter. Steep and narrow stairs - if you have a lot of luggage, be prepared for some effort. Soundproofing? No, never heard of it. Pray that you have quiet neighbours and show the same respect yourself.

We loved the property and really enjoyed our stay. The instructions regarding check in, where the property is, check out and travel info was easy to follow and super helpful. The room was beautiful and clean - had everything you need including a mini fridge which was a bonus!!! If we visit Bruges again we will definitely stay here.
