Internet didn't work no parking

The hotel and location was really amazing. But i had an accident inside the hotel and I being alone I was not assisted by them at all. During my stay, i fell from 2 steps INSIDE THE HOTEL, breaking my ankle, and the receptionist was not willing to help me. I understand it was already late in the evening, but as soon as I fell I jumped to the reception and asked for ice. They looked and said: no, we don’t have. But, knowing I was Alone, and looking at the state of my ankle, they didn’t offered me any help at all, nor helped me get back to my room, which I have to go jumping on my own, as I could. I felt very disappointed and could have used some more assistance in this situation. This is why my rate is low.

Location only Tiny sink and you could hit your head on it every morning. Cheap breakfast. Small rooms. Uncomfortable bed.
-
Location - short distance to the Old Town No refrigerator.

The staff was super helpful and gave us recommendations for the city. The hotel was a great part of our experience in Bruges and in a good walkable location.
-
There is located a few minutes from the center of Bruges. The room where I was staying was smaller that in the pictures.

Location was great. Lovely breakfast. Room was not soundproof and adjacent room door was hinged just behind our bed - very noisy each time someone entered/left.
-
No travel cots available despite the fact it says so in their FAQs on booking.com, and then in the welcome booklet in the room, so I don't think they're very good at updating information. There was also a rule about not being able to eat or drink any food/drink bought off-site in our room, which we found strange when the hotel doesn't serve any food outside of breakfast. We were travelling with a one year old, so spent our evenings in the room and would have appreciated being able to have some snacks!

The towels and pillows were terrible!
-
Right in the old town, close and clean and a good value, nice breakfast buffet. Nothing.
-
A bit too expensive but it is a great place

Beautiful hotel. Great location. Would have been nice to have a fridge in the room. Parking was expensive... But everything in Brugges is expensive.
-
Clean and friendly staff. Breakfast was tasty. All good.
-
Not right in the middle of the square, but in a quaint and quiet block that was still 10 min walk to anywhere you wanted to be in Brugge. Clean and comfortable! Nothing, it was great!
-
I'm not a big fan of carpet floors in the rooms, and it is a bit far from the train station.
-
Good price and good location about 7 minutes walk to the main square. Nice bed. The breakfast was nice. They give you a discount card for many attractions in Bruges. 30 minutes walk to train station. Bathroom was small.

Location okay - city walkable from there (around 20minutes) The whole hotel is very smelly - you get woken up in the morning by the smell of bacon, no matter which floor you're on. Additionally, the rooms are tiny (you can barely turn or open your luggage properly). The rooms are not isolated at all and everything is super noisy (we had another guest struggling with their room door for about 20minutes, keeping the whole floor awake with the noise). On top, the parking is extremely expensive and not at the hotel (you need to walk) - that was not clearly indicated and the staff was very unfriendly when asking about parking at the check-in. All in all, we will for sure return to Bruges as we loved the city - but for sure will NOT stay at Hotel Jacobs.
-
We love it, you need to walk an out 10 minutes to be in the Grand Place, but you’ll love the way.
-
Quiet location on the edge of the old town. Walkable. Comfy beds. Noise from other guests. Stairs were narrow and tight- possible fire risk. Surly staff at check-in. Breakfast was just ok.
