A great apartment close to the centre of Bruges. Host provided an amazing breakfast every day and was helpful with tips and information about Bruges. Host doesn't allow any kind of hand washing of clothes and drying to be done in the apartment (due to possible mould growth) and controlled the heating/cooling from outside the apartment.

We arrived at 4:45 PM by cab, on a Holiday Monday, to this beautiful B&B. I fell in love with this place from the pictures of the outside of the building and size and look of our bedroom. We did not have to sleep in the street due to the two day Holiday. We tried to travel on trains on Mondays, because many Museum would be closed that day. When we arrived late on Monday, Benny the owner was on the sidewalk to not only greet us, but to help with our luggage. (I promise him and my wife that from here on out I will learn to pack lighter.) We checked in and Benny welcomed us to his beautiful home. Our room was up a flight stairs and to save us and his stairs Benny took all our bags up the flight of stairs and then down the flight of stairs when we checked out the following Monday. When I booked a week in Bruges, my wife thought that was too long, but on our last day she changed her mind and wished we had plan more time. Our room was very large and had a entry way and bathroom with two sinks, a towel warmer and a walk-in shower across the hall from the bedroom. It had it's own air-conditioning and windows that open up for cross ventilation. We enjoyed our time in Benny's home and the many conversations we had in the hall way with him. Breakfast was always over the top with coffee, Orange juice, soft boiled eggs, meats, cheeses, breads, rolls, butter, jam, pieces of chocolate and once a chocolate croissant. If you can walk or bike, you are never more than 5 minutes away from a laundry or the city center square and Market. This was a great place to relax and unwind after our five city vacation. If our plane tickets had not been set in stone, we would have stayed another week. Watch out for two day Holidays, like Sunday and Monday for Pentecost. Our Hotel was schedule to close down logging in at 4 PM and we were coming in from Amsterdam by train via Brussels. No way to get there in time, but what could have been my worst nightmare turn in to a blessing in disguise. See the positive part above. Ever thing about this place was great.

Benny is simply the perfect host - he was always responsive once booked, very welcoming and engaging and offered fabulous advice and assistance on trips to do and his restaurants tips were exceptional. We cannot recommend highly enough for everyone to stay in this beautiful B and B right on the edge of the historic town of Bruges Nothing it was outstanding

Everything! We stayed here for five nights. Generous breakfast delivered to our room every morning, spacious bedroom and bathroom, comfortable bed, and the warm hospitality of the owners of the bed and breakfast. Don’t miss the opportunity to stay here. Thank you Benny for taking such good care of us. Nothing.

From booking to check out our experience with Benny, the owner was great. He’s very friendly and helpful. Bariseele B&B is in a perfect location a block from a main canal leading into central Bruges. 10 minute walk to the center. Very comfortable, roomy and well stocked accommodations. Delicious huge breakfast delivered to our room each morning by Benny. Walkable to all of the main sights. Benny also provided helpful recommendations for restaurants and things to see. We highly recommend the Bariseele B&B. We spent a week in May there.

The room was beautiful, easy to access and Benny was an incredible host. The breakfasts were wonderful and he even packed a generous serving on the morning when we were leaving earlier than the typical breakfast time.

We received a warm welcome from Benny and Paul, our friendly hosts who made us feel at home throughout our stay. The room exceeded our expectations, it was beautifully designed, thoughtful and spotlessly clean. Location was perfect, calm and peaceful opposite a church, yet very close to the center of the old town. Breakfast was excellent, especially the pancakes and fresh fruit, delivered to our room. Another stand out feature was the bathroom, spacious and very special. We can't wait to retun to Bruges and the Bariseele! There is nothing we didn't like.

This property exceeded our expectations and our expectations were high. The communication from the hosts was stellar from the time of booking. We immediately knew we were in for a treat. The accommodation is exactly as shown, roomy and beautifully decorated. The bed is comfortable, the location quiet, the bathroom modern with a great shower. The location is perfect, we easily walked all around central Bruges. The bus stop is a couple of blocks away if your feet are tired. Our hosts were the best. Benny delivered our (included) breakfast every morning. Breakfast was a delightful and ample spread of delicious food, juice and great coffee. Our fridge was filled with a selection of beverages to be paid for on the “honour system,” quite appreciated after a long day trekking about. Benny was always ready to help in any way he could, giving us tips on places to see and dine. He adjusted to our schedule a few times to bring us breakfast early when we were off on an early adventure. He arranged transportation for us a couple of days when our adventure was taking us outside central Bruges. The very best stay, we hope to return to experience it again.

Most comfortable B&B my wife and I ever stayed in (and we’ve stayed in many). Corner room was spacious with lots of natural light and tastefully decorated. King size bed with incredibly soft bedding-out of this world. The room was meticulously clean and properly stocked with all the essentials. Spacious bathroom with double sinks, great shower, smart TV, comfortable sofa…I can go on and on. Simply great! Morning breakfasts were as delicious as they were filling. Everything was very fresh, very healthy and oh so good. Daily breakfast selection included several types of fresh breads, eggs, cheeses, cold cuts, fresh squeezed OJ, yogurt, and granola, The host was very friendly and very attentive-always willing to assist, answer questions or make recommendations. Location in a very quiet neighborhood but only a short walk to everything. Simply the best stay ever, ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Nothing-everything exceeded our expectation.

We've stayed in many BnB's over the last decade and more and this was one of the best. The location, the friendliness of Bennie and Paul, the size of the room, the attention to detail and the amazing breakfast all exceeded expectations. Highly recommended!

Superb

Loved having a separate seating area from the bedroom. Really spacious . Quiet location but still within walking distance of the centre. Hosts very welcoming and gave lots of advice. Liked the fact that it focused on being eco friendly. Breakfast delicious with more than enough. Couldn’t find anything negative to say.
-
Very spacious , comfortable and clean room , good breakfast. In walking distance to the center.

Benny was incredibly kind and even organised a special gluten free breakfast for me during my stay. 10/10 and I will be back next time I'm in Bruges!

Everything N/A

It is a rare occasion that a place of stay manages to exceed the expectations, but that was the case with Bariseele and the host Benny. Hospitality was unmatched as we had the feeling of being among friends, and that's saying something coming from ever-so-reserved Finns. We arrived late, but it was prearranged and we had no problems whatsoever. Room was quaint and really to our liking, and handy room-served breakfast was comprehensive. Location near city centre within a walking distance was a plus and the room was tidy, cozy and quiet, which was a big plus. As for the host, if always doing what one likes to do means not working a day in life, then Benny hasn't worked a day; incredible guy, much respect for making us feel at home. Ask him anything, you'll get the answer. Dank je! There really wasn't anything we could complaint about, it's a place for our liking, especially the service.

Very comfortable spacious clean room with all that you could ask for, well stocked honesty bar (pay for what you use), really comfy bed and bathroom with great shower / bath. Both Paul & Benny were excellent hosts, Paul booking us in out of hours with guidance on a restaurant on our evening arrival in Brugge (best meal of our stay). Benny with a warm welcome the following morning, arranging a taxi for departure and a carry out breakfast. Great location a comfortable stroll of 10 minutes to the main square. Excellent communication throughout our stay with many recommendations. Loved it. Not a real dislike, stairs are steep so may be tough for some if on the top floor. Again not a dislike but personal preference, breakfast, swap out bread, spreads for fresh pastries.
-
Nice and spacious rooms in a quiet location close to the center with a good selection of breakfast served in your room every morning. Lovely host that really cares and gives you loads of info abt the city and places to visit!
-
This is a historic charming building set only 10 minutes from the central square. There are free buses to the station and the stop is close to the venue. I loved the room itself which was on the top floor with a marvellous view of the street and the pretty church. There were lovely windows, the beams and the massive bathroom all added to the charm. The unique breakfast was the highlight, served in our room with such thoughtfulness and care. Nothing
