The location is perfect really close to everything. We have booked 7 rooms and it went smoothly. The key codes are pretty much handy than the actual keys. Pretty thin walls, you can hear clearly when someone is walking or just talking in the hallway.

Located in the Historic Center, right next to Gran Kaffee de Passage is A+. The room is big and comfortable, very quiet at night. The fan in the room was a lifesaver. Whoever is managing this property is saving on basic things like hand soap, clean sheets, pillow covers and that jeopardizes the service here. Hand soap was almost zero upon arrival and when I reached out for a top sheet ( they didn’t provide one) they simply answered me: “No, we don’t have top sheets, you can take the duvet out” The issue was that once I took it out, it was stained and also had a burn hole. The pillow covers are terribly uncomfortable

I wish they have a bigger fan

Excellent location in the city center, yet quiet; clean bed linen, plenty of towels; plumbing in good working order, with good water pressure and temperature. There is no elevator, and the stairs are very steep. The girl at the front desk was a huge help—she assisted me in carrying my things up—but it is still inconvenient. And also sometimes it’s impossible to find anyone to help with luggage. The room is very cramped, and the bed is small—even for slender people. There is no air conditioning, but there is a fan.

Friendly staff and all about location in the Centre with everything on walking distance.

The layout of the room was good. It would have been nice to have had a place to hang clothing. Chairs for sitting could be improved, even if they are folding chairs.

the location and the VIEW of this place. truly stun. basic totally acceptable room. wish there was AC but there was a fan. wish there was an elevator but the view was worth it.

Location is absolutely incredible. The rooms are clean and I had a wonderful conversation with one of the owners, Beau, on my arrival. He was exceptionally friendly and helpful in recommending a ton of incredible things to do around Bruges. The wifi is rough. Inconsistent at best and could not maintain a connection or decent speeds. The walls are also pretty thin and the people staying next to me my last night were quite loud well past the hotel’s quiet hours.

Room too small

The location is good. The staff were quite helpful. The water pressure was good and the water got very hot in the shower, which I liked given my aching body needed it from walking on cobblestone streets all day long. The pillows were not comfortable to me and the bed is a little firm for my liking. I didn't like paying four euro for a simple bottle of water. And, I would have appreciated a water kettle in my room so that I could have tea in the morning.

The doors to the bathroom were a bit tricky
-
Stuff especially a guy whois waiting on reception
-
I didn't like the fabric of the pillows.
-
The room is nice, facilities inside also suffice, more than i expected No door in the bathroom
-
The steep stairs up to the room, but stairs are to be expected in Europe.

Although our check-in time was at 10 pm it went very smoothly. The only thing that we found was lacking was the shampoo otherwise the room was equipped with everything we needed and clean.

I didn't like that there wasn't any information that it's not a hotel. THIS IS A HOSTEL. It was impossible to sleep, as since the early morning people and cars started to make a noise. Windows in the room is a big joke because you can hear every noise from there.

Had a good stay here, recommend.

It was clean, nice, in the centre, close to everything and the staff were nice and welcoming. Nothing. We liked everything about the place.
