The staff were so passionate about Bruges and I sensed they wanted us to enjoy the place. It felt like a lovely family run hotel and not a corporation.

Lovely stay in a perfect location! The hotel was so clean and in a brilliant spot right in the historic center of Bruges on Sint-Jakobsstraat. The staff were lovely and welcoming, and there was a good selection for breakfast. Would definitely stay again!

The breakfast was really good, much more than I expected. The location was perfect, right in the historic district. Guests should know there is no elevator, and the staircase is steep and windy.

Central location, so convenient in a lovely old part of town. What really made our stay so enjoyable was the information we were given when we arrived with the Manager showing us where the best points of interest were, places to eat and to drink. It made our brief visit fully worthwhile. We can't think of a thing

Lovely big bed, and strong air conditioning which was much needed during a heatwave. The decor felt modest and Belgian. The service at breakfast was efficient, food and coffee great, and the staff members greeted us warmly. The location was incredible, close to the central square, but down a street with good quality and affordable restaurants. Could have done with some spare pillows for the bed, but not a big deal.
