A Nespresso machine on the room was excelent

Beautiful location overlooking a canal and close to the center of town. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the auir conditioning was strong (I was visiting during a heatwave). The hotel decor was charmingly eclectic. Parking was several blocks away and carrying luggae through cobblestone streets wasn't the most fun.

The hotel was wonderful - the interior was beautiful, the room clean, tidy and comfortable. The location was also brilliant - just a couple of streets back from the main tourist spots so it was calm and quiet, but an easy walk to all the action. Frederik, on reception provided wonderful service. We had issues getting to Bruges due to train delays, but Frederik was great to communicate with as we sorted out the impact on our room booking. It was great being able to leave our bags at the hotel after we checked out so we could continue to walk around Bruges without heavy bags. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bruges. There is nothing I would have changed about our visit to Martin's Relais Hotel.

All was good

We booked here mainly because it had an elevator. Then we were given a room with descending stairs to get to it, and stairs to step down into the room and stairs to step down to the floor of the room. the elevator didn't go to our room. That's the only complaint, it's a beautiful hotel otherwise.

I like the most is the room is really clean and cozy. The location is also perfectly situated near the main tourist spots. Also, since the bus route passes through that location, you can get off nearby. I will definitely recommend this property. The room in this hotel is well maintained, only one I noticed was when I am in certain parts of the room like near the window, I feel itchy - could it be a tick or bedbug bite? So don’t go near the window

The location was excellent for walking around the historic area of Bruges. Appreciated having bottled water replenished in room daily.

The location was perfect right. Close to the main square and right on the canal. The room was very comfortable and I loved all of the unique furniture. Nothing everything was perfect.

Nice buffet breakfast. Very nice view of canal. Lovely "library" bedroom. Very close to center of Bruges. One front desk fellow was awful to everyone. All other staff so kind and generous with time and advice and service.

Great staff and great location. Quiet and away from the huge crowds, yet close enough to walk everywhere! Bathtub / shower is a bit difficult to get in and out of.

The family room and suite with canal view provided extra space. Some of the furniture (like the settee) showed use but that worked for us since we had young children. Beds were very comfortable. Large bathrooms. A big plus for guests would be if the property provided a coin laundry area!
