Cuando llegamos nos dijeron que no había internet y el personal de recepción tuvo que llevarnos a la habitación abrirnos cada vez que salíamos , pero fueron muy amables todos , la habitación estaba limpia y las camas muy cómodas , el desayuno estuvo pasable

Good hotel for a quick stay.

Air conditioner worked too good . It was set on 64 so cold but adjustable.

Decent spot, walkable to Century Square. Don’t even think about checking in early. Good spot but bummed it cost $35 to check in earlier than 3pm

The hotel was definitely worn out. The breakfast was adequate. Staff checked me in, but otherwise didn't really acknowledge guests as they walked about.

Very close to the university, convenient location.

Needed a quick one night stay to help my daughter move. The staff were super friendly and the room was clean.

Cons: place was old and run-down-really needs a face-lift, even though the room was clean there were a couple of things(bathroom had a smell that remained the entire stay) and we found an article of clothing that was not picked up from the room. Also, one side of the parking lot had doors to enter but the other side did not so if you had to park on that side, you had to walk around.

The only positive we found was that it was clean. We sleep with a box fan to drown out noise every night, but it was very noisy on Texas Ave. all night..kept getting woke up, even with box fan on. Then in the only ice machine in the building (on 1st floor, but so were we!) was out of order! It was so dry, it had been out of order for a long time! I think they don't want to spend the money to fix it! That could be a real issue for a person like me, that just had surgery and needs ice! Then in the morning, the breakfast was watery scrambled eggs and sausage patties...we went to Whataburger because I needed ice at that point as well. The check-in desk staff guy was half asleep and kept giving excuses for his mistakes that he was tired, and the girls in the morning, never said anything..a "Good Morning" never hurt anyone. We are crossing this place off our list!

There was a faint smell of marujuana in many areas of the hotel which was concerning. The towels need to be larger and thicker. We found a hair in our shower before we used it- also disturbing. Hotel is fine for a one night sleep if you are in TAMU for an event.

The staff were lind The bathroom was terrible..there was a horrible noise in the bathroom after you flushed the toilet , the toilet smelled I like a sewer was backing up every time you flushed,the bathtub was rusted.The breakfast was so unappetizing we didn’t eat anything .

Everything was so beautiful. It was very clean. The property was so beautiful. The Staff in the front were so amazing and welcoming! We did not get room service at all during our stay which was a little disappointing as we would constantly have to ask for towels. They wouldn’t even take out our trash. I would say that was the only disappointing part.

Everything was good accept the jacked up prices because Argentina was playing

Older hotel that needs refurbishment, especially the pool was really lacking.

Ice machine was broken and toilet was stopped up.
