Very modern feeling hotel with all the correct amenities. Pool is large and refreshing. Landry is on site. Nice gym area. Restaurant is on site and the food is delicious. Rooms are large and comfortable.

The property was very well maintained and I was impressed with the cleanliness of our room, the lobby, and bar/restaurant. Breakfast was delicious and everyone we came in contact with was very friendly. We will definitely book again especially since it is a pet friendly hotel.

The property is well maintained, dining/breakfast is good and convenient. We highly appreciated having a covered parking next to the hotel. It was the main reason for us to select this place. Only complaint would be about the bathroom in our room needing a better clean up prior to our arrival (hair in the shower). Overall a very good place.

Breakfast I had a very disappointing experience during my stay. While the staff member Mindy was kind and the food was fairly decent, the issues surrounding my reservation and billing overshadowed everything else. When I arrived to check in, the hotel’s system was down, which caused delays and confusion with my payment. I booked through Booking.com with the understanding that I would pay at the property upon arrival. Instead, my card was charged anyway, which was unexpected. After I paid my balance at the hotel and received a paper receipt showing everything had been settled, the hotel still charged my card again. This unexpected charge caused my bank account to go negative. I specifically tried to resolve this issue with the hotel before checking out because I wanted to make sure everything was correct, but despite those efforts, my card was still charged. To make matters worse, the hotel attempted to give my room away for my second night. No one called or contacted me to discuss the issue. They simply assumed I wasn’t returning because they couldn’t process a payment, even though the payment problems were caused by the hotel’s system and billing errors—not by me. I always pay my hotel stays upfront, so I don’t understand how this situation was handled so poorly. I’ve spoken with several people about these issues, but I still don’t feel like they have been resolved. I would appreciate someone from the corporate office contacting me to review what happened and help resolve this matter. You can reach me at 479-276-3847. Front desk was unprofessional, wouldn’t send anyone to room with needed towels and toilet paper. Had to go in person to front desk . With as much as you pay for a room here I would expect a little better service and attitude .

Only issue was that the room we had booked with 2 Queen beds were sold out so we had to take another room- and this occurred during the summer when school was not in session. Be careful when booking through 3rd parties - confirm the room type directly with the hotel beforehand.
