The worst hotel I stayed so far in my life. They should deserve an award to manage the keep the room specially the bathroom this dirty.

It was ok

1st room was nasty. Fridge smelled horrible. Was told the fridge and microwave have to be plugged up by the guest. The 2 ladies at the front were very nice getting me another room. If hotels should be retired this should be one.

Nothing Musty smell in room, lamp did not work. Appliances where not plugged in. Tv was small. Ac was not on. Haunted

The hotel has bed bugs and the rooms are okay for the price. Definitely look better in the room than on the outside.
-
Please do not go here the mattress had literal blood stain on it. And we had to kill, not joking, 5 HUGE roaches throughout the night.

Absolutely nothing!!!!! If I could give this property a negative zero I would When I went to check in. It was a couple in there asking for their money back because the police kicked in the room next to them the night before and it is to much hanging out and noise consistently. The property manager was to disrespectful towards them. As I was waiting, I needed to use the restroom. It was dirty. The toilet was dirty and used towels on the sink. I informed them the restroom was dirty, the property manager said oh thanks for telling me. Finally got checked in, got to our room and started checking the beds. On the first bed 2bedbugs look like they were mating. On the second bed they were on top of the covers. I immediately walked out and went to the office. She gave us another room. Same thing except this one had even more bugs along with the bedbugs, spiders and some crunchy type of bug. At this point I am completely over it and went back to the office. The property manager and I quote said” oh I am so sorry, it’s hard to get good help. All the Mexicans have left and we can’t find anyone else that clean really good”. My mouth dropped. I have never experienced nothing like this in my life. I have pictures to show. Let not talk about all the drugged out people around the property as well.

Yes several things

From what I personally observed, only third floor units were available. I also observed what appeared to be mold in several of the downstairs units. In my experience, the owner frequently yelled at employees, creating what seemed like a very toxic work environment. Be aware that if you’re unable to pay for an additional day’s stay on time, you may be required to leave immediately, and law enforcement may be called to assist with the removal. Please do your own research before booking. I hope this helps someone make an informed decision.

Instead of working with us, the owner called the police. The officers were respectful and simply told us we had to leave. I was not arrested or cited, and they confirmed I hadn’t caused any problems. My children and I were left outside in the Texas heat with nowhere to go while I tried to figure out our next step. I understand every business has policies, but I was deeply disappointed by what I felt was a lack of compassion during a family crisis. I hope no other family has to experience this.

Staff was very nice and sweet, however the hotel was extremely dirty. I had to personally buy new sheets and pillows. The mattress was disgustingly dirty.

I left that place with bed bug bites. Horrible experience.

didn’t stay just left
-
The room was tidy. The AC unit was too loud probably needs a replacement. I shower but the room has no body lotion.

Only stayed for 1 night. The front desk was nice at check in but lobby was closes when I went to check out at 7:30am, no note, no breakfast (not that I planned to stay for breakfast but it was advertised in the booking) . Everyone who left before me, had left their key cards on the window ledge. The room smelled musty, there was obvious signs of water damage on the ceiling. Didn’t sleep well. If I were traveling there again, I would not stay at this hotel.

Cheap to spend the night I was not expecting much but I will pay more next time
-
Disappointing
