I can’t thank this hotel and their staff enough for their kindness. After being forced to leave the motel across the street, I was outside in the Texas heat with my children and had nowhere to go while I waited for a friend to bring the deposit. Instead of turning us away, the staff allowed us to wait safely in the lobby until I could pay the deposit and check in. That simple act of compassion meant more than they probably realize. During a very stressful time, they treated us with dignity and understanding. Thank you for showing kindness when my family needed it most. I truly appreciate your hospitality and would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for caring staff and great customer service.

There was no breakfast!! There was no breakfast. There was no shampoo/conditioner in the room. There was no coffee pot in the room. There was no hairdryer in the room. I was required to leave my drivers’ license at the office as security in order to “borrow” a hair dryer. We were required to leave a $60 CASH deposit at check in to cover any possible loss of property (towels, linens, etc). It was returned after inspection by staff when checking out. Very disappointing stay.
