We didn’t stay in the Atrium Hotel. When we arrived they told us they were moving us to the Lyabi House Hotel. Breakfast was excellent and hotel was really beautiful. Recommended! Many thanks Nothing

New Hotel features generously sized rooms adorned with top-notch furniture. The expansive bathrooms are thoughtfully designed and come complete with all the essential amenities It seems that the hotel's management, being quite young, lacks the necessary courtesy and experience. I would strongly recommend they undertake a hospitality course to better understand how to treat their guests. The issues began with the pre-arranged train station pick-up, initially agreed at 10 USD, which unexpectedly increased to 15 USD once I was inside the car—a 50% hike that is simply unreasonable (especially considering I later arranged a taxi back to the station for just 3 USD). Given it was the off-season, I was likely the sole guest, which meant breakfast was served in the room. However, on the first morning, there was no coffee provided—quite a shock for a breakfast service. After my request, they did manage to bring some coffee (for which I was grateful). On my final day, I waited until 11 a.m. for a breakfast that never arrived. Upon inquiring at the reception, I was informed that the chef was ill and, as a result, breakfast was cancelled. This is unacceptable—surely, they could have sourced breakfast from a local bakery or via delivery? It's crucial for the hotel to learn the importance of courtesy and to prioritize their guests' needs and confort

Great location, large comfortable room with good bedding.

Excellent and delicious breakfast. The staff in the kitchen was very responsible and freindly. One driver was arranged for us to pick us up from the Railway station who charged us USD 15. But when we returned we fetched a taxi from the road, who charged us only USD 5. This made us embarrassed and the driver overcharged. This is not a good practice and the Hotel know about this. Such practices will decrease the hotel rating.

Great location and good value for money. A/C was weak and it stopped working for few hours on 2 days of our stay. Breakfast was very simple, they could do better by adding more hot food options. The quilts had no quilt covers and had stain marks on them. The bathroom had bad smell sometimes. It didn't have any working extractor fan. The cleaning staff didn't change our beddings. They should provide more pillows.

The location is perfect - couldn't be any better. Staff were friendly, helpful and always someone around.

Well-located, cozy, modern.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is located on the edge of the old city, close enough to walk to all the tourist sites there, yet still accessible by taxi. Lots of restaurants and small grocery shops in the neighborhood. Our room on the second floor overlooked other hotels' backyards, so while the view was nothing much, it was quiet. The hotel has no elevator, so we had to carry our luggage up one floor, though the receptionist did help. There is no receptionist from midnight to 8am, so contact the hotel in advance if you arrive at that time.

Nice and quiet small sized hotel, modernly fitted (wireless phone chargers etc). Very helpful staff. Lovely must visit traditional restaurant just 15meters on the left when you facing the hotel's entrance.

This is a NEW Amazing Modern Hotel is in a perfect location, right at the entrance of old city in Bukhara. Very convenient, very easy to get to and go from to do touristic activity. The owners where very friendly and answered all my questions. If you are looking for a perfect stay, this is the place to try in Bukhara, Uzbekistan. The old city was breathtaking at night. Restaurant recommendations from Ulugbek, the owner, where right on the spot. One has to be careful what to eat when traveling, I got great recommendations. Breakfast was AMAZING! I'm always impressed when the owners are serving their own hotels, it is like a home away from home environment, because of this. I liked all portions of my stay! Bukhara is beautiful, with a lot of Hotel choices. I like the new ones, and this is a new gem of a hotel in a very good location. Easy to get a taxi, they park right across the street, to airport or train station for few dollars. I highly recommend ATRIUM Hotel in Bukhara to all fellow travelers.

Extremely hospitable and delightful service from the owner and staff. Went the extra mile to make our honeymoon special :) Also granted us a late checkout at no cost so we have a place until our train out. Breakfast is amazing and location is no more than 3 minutes walk to the main attractions in Bukhara. Would highly recommend this hotel to all visiting! NA

Clean rooms, location. AC had some issues, but later was fixed, hard to find a receptionist when it is needed.
